Description of Work: Jesse (121) the technician, replaced a broken jacuzzi tub motor. He had to do his work through the 2x2 trap door to reach the motor. Very awkward. |He was very pleasant, kept me informed of what was going on and why he was doing it. I felt quite confident in his work, and have had no issues in the two years since his replacement.

Description of Work: They cleaned and repaired a defunct and dirty outdoor hot tub, replaced piping and pump, and then serviced and maintained tub until tenant took over care many months later.

Description of Work: it was a scam. Cleaning solution cracked fiberglass of spa, Salt water filter has never worked. BS story about not taking credit cards , wanted check made out to cash, cashed immediately . Promised new cover delivery was delayed 3x. Scam Scam Scam - I feel like a chump

Description of Work: fixed some leaking pvc pipes/connections in my filter system. Got there on time, explained what needed to be done and how much it would cost. Checked out my system when leaks were repaired.

Description of Work: We had to replace the water heater for the pool and spa. It was a difficult placement as the heater was located behind two walls and had to be lifted over the walls. I priced the same work at a local pool shop and it seemed to be about the same amount. It has worked well since installation though I wish I had put in a larger unit so it would heat up the spa quicker. Not their fault though.

Description of Work: I love these guys. They are always quick to respond to my calls, and show up to do the work on time. They are dependable and reasonable, and their work is good. I count on them to be there when my spa needs work.

Description of Work: I scheduled an appt on 12/3/14 at 4 pm for service call on 12/04/2014 between the hours of 10 am to 12 pm. I also requested a 1 hour heads up phone call before coming which they say they would. I get a call from Todd the next day at 8:30 am in the morning, and gets a message if I don't call back within the next 15 minutes, my appt gets cancelled. He was calling to have a tech come at 9 am. First of all, they didn't tell me this important policy of not calling backs within 15 minutes when I was making the schedule in the first place. Second, my appt was from 10 am to 12 pm on 12/04/14 not at 9 am. Third, Todd was very rude, and not willing to take any responsibility on his end.

Description of Work: Replaced two speed pump motor on my Sundance Cameo 850. Breaking was being popped and disconnecting blower motor to delay that repair fixed it on the first guess. Repair person was great. Offered plenty of advice and info with with the service which I am always looking for. No run around and no non-sense. Will use again and would recommend.
