Description of Work: There was some damage to my spa that American Spa may have caused but they did not step up to the plate to resolve the repair issue.

Description of Work: Paul came and did a DE spa filter cleaning. I also ordered a custom spa cover for an in-ground spa. I can't wait to get it! I would recommend this company. Very professional.

Description of Work: Service was performed by Miguel. He was very professional and answered all my questions without any hesitation.. On the first visit he diagnosed my problems and responded to my request that he install a new SPA Light which ha been inoperative for several years. He ordered the new light and within two weeks made a second appointment and replaced the light. This was the third SPA Service Company I've called in the last two years and the first to respond on time, diagnose my problems and correct the problem. There's no question, the next time I need Pool or SPA service, American SPA Services will be by first call for help.

Description of Work: These guys are the best. A real person answered the phone and set up my appointment for the next day. I was sure that my pool pump had burned out and was given a "ball park estimate" of $500 for a new one including labor, etc. Miguel showed up on time, inspected my pool equipment, did a quick diagnostic check and found a loose wire, fixed it in five minutes, turned on my pump and all was well. Charged me $65 for a service call and wished me a nice day. I was prepared to pay for a new pump without any questions asked - these guys are HONEST, COMPETENT, AND PROFESSIONAL. I will definitely call them when I am ready to redo my pool.

Description of Work: They removed the side panel to determine pump size and left the side panel open at my request. They had to order the pump and installed it about a week later. A screw and finishing washer were lost and a small curved panel came off and they put it back on but a week later it came off again and I saw the nails bent over and I had to remail the panel myself.
