+ -1 moreThis is the third time that Matt from Prodigy plumbing has come to our rescue-- honestly the man really needs to get himself a cape! The last two times were at our recently purchased home-- water pipe was cut by another contractor-- leaving us without water on a late Friday afternoon (Matt and his colleague came after 5pm and fixed it) and today he came to repair (within a 1/2 hour of my call) a leaking tankless hot water heater that is on our roof. Like the man even leaps tall buildings! Seriously-- if you need a plumber-- definitely call Prodigy. No one wants to need a plumber-- but the Prodigy team makes it all bearable and the charges are very reasonable.

Description of Work: Mark sent Kory over to clear the drains in my kitchen and bathrooms. He also discovered the likely source of the recurring drain flies infestation in my shower and cleared that as well. All for a very reasonable price. They also handled the strict insurance requirements imposed my by condo's HOA. All told, a great job. Very satisfied and will hire them again!

Since this shower has not been touched since it was remodeled in the 70s he had to disassemble the fixtures and see what replacement parts he could find. He came back a few days later and was able to fix the shower completely - no leaks!! This company was easy to deal with and provided excellent service.
Description of Work: fixed leaky shower diverter and hot/cold fixtures.

Prodigy Plumbing-- I have interacted with Mark, Cesar, and Matt, to date-- has become my new primary plumbing contractor for these very reasons. What I get: promptness, courtesy, a mid-range and honest pricing, up-front estimates, nice guys, excellent service, and cleanliness. What I don't get: any weird mansplaining or disrespect. As a fellow contractor, a q****, and a woman, I absolutely recommend Prodigy Plumbing.
Description of Work: Faucet installation, new water heater installation, seismic retrofit, house to sewer cleanout, estimate on repairs post basement flooding.
