Not only did Jose snake my drain's, he found the source of the problem. It looks like somebody let some hair extensions go down the drain, (of course that wasn't what happened). But when he showed me OMG it was an enormous amount of hair! After the job he cleaned up very well. I like that 💃

On behalf of my entire family I would just like to say Thank You to Power Pro Plumbing for the fantastic job and great experience with them recently. I live in Missouri and found out that my mom, who is almost 90 years old and lives in La Puente CA, was having serious problems with the bathroom in her home. Since I am not local I had to go online and try to find a company that was willing to work with me long distance. I called seven companies, all from Angie’s List (only 4 showed up), and had them come out to her house to do an estimate. When Mario, from Power Pro Plumbing, came he was the only one who took the time to really try and find out what the problem was. Where the other companies just took a quick look and suggested a slap together solution, Mario from Power Pro Plumbing actually came back a second day and used a camera to go down the pipes and was able to find that this was not just a surface problem, there was a crack in the pipe. After giving us the estimate to fix the problem, which also included flushing out the kitchen pipes, we found their price to be reasonable, especially considering the other companies’ estimates. Now our concern moved on to how to arrange payment for the job. We have a very large family, with many brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, etc. A lot of our family members wanted to contribute to help pay for the job. Power Pro Plumbing worked with me to come up with a payment plan where each family contributor could call in and make the payment of what they said they would pledge. This way no one but myself and Power Pro Plumbing knew which family members contributed and how much. No inner family fighting about who did and gave what, and no worrying about any one family member being responsible for the payment. Power Pro Plumbing was the only company that was willing to make this kind of arrangement. Also, because I needed this project done on a specific date and time, they were able to schedule a day when one of my brothers could be there. Before starting the job, Mario ran the camera a second time so my brother could see the problem and know what they were working on. The job was done quickly and efficiently by Mario, Jose C., Brian, and Ramon and my mom’s bathroom is back in working order. I want to give a huge shout out to Mirna – Customer Care Department, Mario – Field Advisor, Jose C. – Service Technician, Ramon – Labor / Helper, Brian – Jetter Specialist, and Cladys – Customer Care Specialist. The kindness and professionalism of each of them amazed me. Thank you again Power Pro Plumbing for everything. If you are in need of a plumber call them first. You’ll be more than satisfied.

I called Power Pro for an emergency sewer problem. The crew arrived on time and did a good first day's work. From that point it was all downhill. Power Pro failed to complete the work on schedule, failed to keep me informed as to the delays and was condescending in response to my complaints. The techs were cordial and seemed to be professional, but the office staff was incompetent and frustrating. The cost for the service was outlandish, but if the toilets don't flush you pay. Never again!

They were very efficient, on time and professional with their work. I used them once and I plan on using them again in the future.

After a referral from a friend, this was the ONLY plumbing company that answered its phone at 6pm on a Saturday night. We were so grateful for them coming out. They were at my house in about 30 minutes - impressive. They did not charge for coming out - some plumbers charge money just to come out. They quoted $99 to snake the drain, which seemed reasonable - but did not work. They recommended hydrojetting in the AM for a quote of $595 (the $99 paid would go towards the total). This seemed too high, so I told them I would be getting a 2nd quote. Harmon Plumbing was also available on the weekend and quoted me $245 and was able to come out Sunday at 8am. So I felt like this company overcharges for extra work. Once I called to cancel the appointment, they were willing to renegotiate the price - but I believe they should be quoting a reasonable price to start.

First time customer...........was recommended by Angie's List..They had someone out within an hour..great service...Eddie Rodriguez explained the problem and what had to be done to fix it....He also offered some suggestions that were very helpful. I would call them again for sure..Thanks Eddie..

I called in morning and they said they would have someone right out. Plumber did not arrive until 7pm at night. The service person insisted the loose handle was stripped and could not be repaired and even if it could it would be hard to find parts. Insisted that one handle unit was the only option. Since I did not want to bother my son the day before Christmas, I agreed to the replacement. The service person came out the next day (12/23/15) to do the repair. After the repair, the service person informed me I needed another $4500.00 dollars in repairs in the basement and insisted he needed to come back tomorrow (Christmas Eve) to replace all the drain pipes in the cellar. This was more than I have in Savings so I told the service person that I would have to talk to my son first (I am 75 year old Great Grandmother that lives alone and know nothing about plumbing). He became very agitated but I refused further service. The next two days I was mostly out of the house for Christmas. On my first full day back on the 26th of December, I resumed my routine and went to cellar to do laundry where I found water on the cellar floor. There had been no leaks for months. At this point I called my handyman son for his advice on the recommended repairs. He was concerned with the cost so far and the additional cost proposed, so he came over to take a look. What my son found after I called him over was almost unbelievable. Wisely, he took lots of photos. First off, my son informed me that the stem of the original fixture could have been replaced if stripped with a whole other stem from Home Depot. It was a standard part and available in the store. A new fixture for the shower was not necessary. Second, the service person went in from the back wall and did not patch the wall properly. I will download the photos if possible to this review. And the most disturbing discovery was the ?new? leak. My son found a drill hole in my kitchen drain pipe. We found it be turning the water on in the kitchen sink and looking with a flashlight in the cellar. Yes, it?s a definitely a drill hole. Its thick cast iron pipe, it?s shiny where it goes through and there are shavings. My son took a lot of photos. Again I will add these photos to this review if I can. Contacted the company and they said a manager would call back, nobody has called yet.

I've called Power Pro on a few occasions and have been satisfied with the work and contact.

The camera reveled that there was some root growth under a front yard brick area as well as a little broken pipe.. It was not that bad when I looked at similar root growth on the internet. In fact, it was small. The video person was more a salesman that someone who wanted to find a cost effective solution. He proposed cutting up the brick flooring, installing an access and replacing the pipe. The claim was this would fix three problems. I have been here 29 years. The last time I called for service was in 2011. There were roots closer to the street. This camera person said that my pipe was too small for a cutting rooter (he did not look in my bathroom at the access there) even when the worker said it was there. He quoted me a price of $3200 for the work and dropped it to $2900 and said the current call ($184) would be free. I know there are cheaper things I can do. I am 71 years old and do not think I will be in this house long enough to worry about these roots that can be cut or rootxed out of existence.

Their claim of arriving within 45 minutes is more like 4-5 hours. They are good to communicate. The faucet was still leaking so he had to return a 2nd time. The third time he returned he had to retighten the faucet.

It was great. They came out right away. They were professional, they weren't expensive at all, and they did a great job. We were having trouble having anyone to come out right before Thanksgiving weekend, and they came out right away.

They was late appointment was for noon they came after 5. Called several times and they said he is just finishing and will be there soon. Also used a vacuum which spit out a black dust cloud, after I had to clean every surface of my bathroom.

I was really impressed with them. The machine was out of balance so they replaced a part. The technicians were really helpful.

He did a good work on the sewer line and in a timely manner. They were quick about it. We have not had any problem since they fixed it. I would recommend them.

I was happy with the work they did. Their price was lower than the other bid we solicited, although the other company wanted to do more extensive work. They worked until late in the evening in order to get the job done in one day and keep us from being without a sewer line overnight. They were prompt and professional, did a good job cleaning up, and did their best to minimize damage to landscaping.

My experience with Power Pro was very good. All the employees were polite, professional and very friendly. They answered all of my questions and let me watch them throughout the job. They did what I think was a very good job and didn't take long ...about two days. They ran into a couple of "situations" with my sewer line but were able to work through the problems without complaint. They showed up when they said they would and told me exactly what they were going to accomplish that day and then did what they said. I am very satisfied with the job and would use them again.

Couldn't snake the line because it was packed tight, started immediately, was very professional and efficient. Would use again. Showed me the lines that went from 3" pipes to less than 1/2 inch!!

The man that came out was Joseph. He was very nice. He was very concerned about the floor damage. The price was reasonable. The service was fantastic. He was very concerned about the floor damage that were done by the leak. He was available anytime I wanted to call.

I would not recommend them. He gave me the impression that he could turn off this valve like made it all casual and didn't even tell me how much it was until he's leaving and gave me the bill. That was like an extra $125 and I could have done that. I felt that he conned me. They are overpriced.

They did adequate plumbing and I'm not unhappy with the plumbing. However an $800 quote turned into $5000 loan with a 26% interest payment plan. This is after I offered to pay for the service up front.
