Yes, they were checking, but pros like Federico respect that, appreciate that Power Pro has there back and know they have additional resources to get the job done right. Power Pro has a great Representative in Federico. He was decisive, compassionate, and patient with my wife and I. He explained each step he was taking and outlined our options. Federico also displayed real Leadership. When additional Power Pro staff (specialists with the camera and Trenchless equipment), were called in, you could immediately see the Team working together. They were very responsive. Extremely professional and polite. Jorge, who did the work was the best. It was very unsettling because it was a very pricey project that was unanticipated. The project had some difficulties because we did not want to tear up our remodeled kitchens floors, they found another workable solution and were very quick to complete the project. While we probably had not researched the project enough, afterward we found out from another source that the cost was right on target and their solution was a good one. It's never easy having to put that much cost into a home without seeing a visible outcome.

He checked if there is a leak in the crawl space and there is none. He said that the clog was in the toilet bowl and he unclog it.

Well, Robert arrived on time and cared about my problem. Communicated what and why there was a problem and fixed it. Robert is a professional and knows his business. Very happy and SATISFIED!

Tub spout fix was quoted at $1200 by technician, which includes heavy work, such wall tile removal and pipe cutting inside the shower fixture. This estimate was done by "eye balling". When I asked whether the price was negotiable, and why not check first for possible simple solution (i.e. faucet cartridge replacement (home depot item)), the technician had overruled it. I refused to pay, and eventually the job was done at $242, part and labor, by another plumber. The worn out parts were replaced in an hour or so. When I called to the Power-Pro Customer Service and explained my concern with gauging, I was promised the issue will be relayed to the management and will be called back. They also promised to match a price, if someone else can quote better. Never heard from them. I would hire them again, (because used them in the past, with good standing), only if they have a clear explanation how to rectify the reputation damage done by the incident.

It was a difficult job. Technician explained each phase before work was performed. Professional demeanor and excellent work performance.

Power Pro was fast to respond; they came when they said they would, and the technician explained everything that needed to be done. He was very courteous and professional. It was an extensive 2 day job, and he kept me continually updated as the work progressed. The quality of the work is excellent. They cleaned everything up, and left everything the way they found it! It was an expensive repair, but worth it. Their staff followed up to make sure everything was going smoothly, and even gave me courtesy calls to let me know when to expect the technician to arrive. I will definitely be contacting them for other repairs in the future.

Hey these guys did a great job. I can’t even tell that the slab in my living room was dug up. They put it all back together and cleaned everything....great job!!!!!

Always satisfied! We’ve had to replace our sewer line. Replace PVC with copper intake waterline. The list is quite long with a 90 yrs old! Joe Ochoa could not do all this work alone, so other techs helped with the same courtesy & respect Joe displays!

Amazingly great! We had a large team of experts each performing their specialty. The project, from finish to end, worked like a fine tuned, well oiled machine!! We were in awe of the synchronization/coordination of tasks within the job!! I have dealt with plumbers for 40 years, easier jobs but not one of those experiences even were close to the professionalism of Power Pro Plumbing out of Gardena, California!! I was sooo happy with the job and felt like royalty! It is great to know there is still at least one place of business in today’s world that is “totally PRO”!

Joe the service tech was fantastic, extremely polite, efficiently explain everything, exceptional service. Service team at the dispatch office was very responsive and kept me informed of the wait throughout the day. They were very busy.
