Early April received services from Mold situation 24/7. Spoke with Andrea who promptly dispatched Nick and Michael to my home which was appreciated due to the late nature of my call. Excellent service. Woke up in the middle of night to a flooded house. Google 3 companies only Mold solutions showed up within 15 minutes. [ keep in mind they were the last one's I called] Nick and Miguel showed up right away started to clean up all the water damaged. By that time Serv pro showed up another company I called almost 2 hours later. No thanks! Come to think about it they never asked me how I was going to pay for their services. They where more concerned to help me out vs getting paid. We need more companies like Mold Solutionz 24/7! After the dust settled they walked me thru step by step with the process and repairs of my home. I never felt like I was being cheated or taken advantage off. THANK YOU MOLD SOLUTIONZ 24/7 FOR ALL YOUR EXCELLENT SUPPORT!
