Friendly servicer. However, had a bit of sticker shock with air sampling. Was told it was $160 per sample but it wasn?t clear until she finished that the total would be $320 (a control sample target sample). It would have been better to clearly quote the expected total.

Had to rip walls down again after mold service was completed and found there was still mold that was not removed.

They were very good at finding multiple leaks that we had & they were great about working around my time schedule & did not pressure me about anything. The workers were very courteous & kept the areas they were working on clean. I would definitely recommend this company & plan to have them remodel our whole bathroom at some point!

VERY DISAPPOINTED! It took forever to get an estimate, after reaching out twice. The job was not complete. I am having to get someone else to finish the work. I was promised by Nick that he would come back to make the work look neat, it has been two weeks. I have not heard back from him. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES!

All work was completed on time with exceptionally high-quality work. All workers were introduced to me, making me comfortable with strangers in my home. All workers wore masks and used all health recommendations. I was brought into every step of the process and the process was explained. The total cost was as estimated. The price was about half of the estimate of other contractors. I was very satisfied. I recommend this business.

The job was done fairly quickly, and I was given specific details as to what they were doing and why every step of the way. Andrea is a sweetheart, and Miguel and Nick are very respectable, easy going people. More than likely I will be using their services again and/or refer them to a friend.

They are very honest, straight forward and extremely economical. Their low price does not mean the quality of work is sub optimal. In fact, I was impressed that they were perfect in their work and did not cut corners. I am extremely satisfied. Thanks Nick!

Nicholas was very thorough and really looks out for the needs of his clients. But did not appreciate paying for plumber's visits for consultation; without previously being apprised of fees.

I appreciated Nick for his obvious knowledge and experience with remediation. He was the only one to really talk through options of the 5 companies that came. Everyone else said "this is what we need to do". His pricing seemed fair as well (ALL the quotes I got were expensive). I think he was the 2nd lowest quote. If it's an emergency, I'd say Nick is a fine choice. If you have time, I recommend getting a quote from 5 different companies (or more). An extra bonus with Nick is he has recommended contractors who can do the repairs or plumbing (if needed). But he does not push you to use them or make it seem like you have to use them. It is important to note that Nick only does the remediation. So if they need to cut into a wall or tear something out, it will be an additional cost to then repair it. But I could not find a company that did both remediation AND repair that I was comfortable with.
