This was the worst experince I have ever experienced with a service provider ever! I found their company on the Frigidaire website and called them. The next day an older man came out to my house. All he did was stand by the washer and sigh! Sigh, sigh, sigh! Sigh, sigh, sigh! Clearly miserable. It was so irritating and unprofessional. He didn't even inspect the machine. He said it was fine and working, then said it would have to break completely before he could fix it. (What?) He never put anythng in it and it was when weight was in it there was an issue. Anyway, I paid the $55 dollar fee, which they said would be applied toward repairs, and if they needed to come back out. I put in a load of laundry and low and behold, the awful noise! I called the company the next day and said I needed someone else to come out because I didn't want to have to pay another company the service call fee. I made it clear I did not want the same man to come out. The man on the phone said all the people in the company were out of town at this time and he would come out himself. We made the appointment for Monday May 27. I called him back a few hours later when I realized it was Memorial Day and didn't know if he realized that when he made the appointment. He assured me it was fine and he'd call in the morning with a time. Well Monday passed without a call. I called them back on Tuesday and he said sorry, he'd forgot. He made an appointment for Thursday and they would call in the morning. Thursday morning by 11:00am I decided to call them to find out what was going on. They gave me a two hour window and guess who it was? Yes, the sighing man who I had specifically requested not to have come back. He stood by the machine, didn't inspect it at all, and then came out and said it would be $425, the part would take two weeks, and he would just buy a new washer if he were me. He left I called the company to complain. Owner not available, of course! I would battle to get my $55 back, but they aren't worth my time. This review is worth my time because I do not want anyone else to deal with this company, or perhaps it will wake them up to get their act together! Luckily, my friend recommended another appliance company and it was like night and day. I still have to buy a new washer, but at least I now know it is truly necessary.

THEY'RE GOOD. FOR ONE, THE GUY MAKES HOUSE CALLS. HE CAME RIGHT OUT WITHIN THIRTY MINUTES OF CALLING HIM. HE ASSESSES THE SITUATION AND THEN QUOTES A PRICE AFTER THAT, AND I LIKED THAT.
