These 2 guys were on time, polite, and professional. They did the job and really took the time to position the TV perfectly. All was perfect. They even offered to take away the old TV and the boxes. This is my 2nd time using them. The TV and sound bar is just terrific - it's like being in a movie theater. The sound bar and bass unit are just great - the sound really makes the experience pop.

They were really good. Two guys came out and they were very patient and they explained things really well. They didn't seem rushed at all. They knew what they were doing. They answered our questions and took care of us. They are really busy.

They were high priced, and they didn’t do that great of a job. They have this big cord going through the wall that everybody can see and it looks ugly. They are always expensive. Their price is terrible and too high. They were quick, but they just charge too much. They were on time.

The repair was covered under the warranty. They were knowledgeable. I did have to wait to get the work done.

I purchased an extended warranty. A technician came to my home. He turned the spin cycle and said everything was ok. He wouldn't even open the machine. He informed me he was the technician and not myself. He was very rude. They are now telling me they have to come back out and I have to pay for them to tell me what is wrong with which defeats the purpose of the extended warranty.

I JUST DONT THINK THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS REALLY GOOD. IN FACT A BEST BUY WHERE WE USED TO LIVE DID THE SAME THING. THEY SAID IT WOULD BE DONE IN A COUPLE DAYS BUT THEN WOULD SAY ITS NOT DONE AND THEN WE WOULD HAVE TO CALL BACK AND THEY WOULD SAY A COUPLE MORE DAYS.

WE NEEDED DATA TRANSFERRED FROM OUR OLD HARD DRIVE TO A NEW ONE AND TO HAVE IT INSTALLED AND HAVE A DVD PLAYER AND BURNER ADDED AS WELL. THEY LOST THE DATA ON THE NEW HARD DRIVE WHEN INSTALLING IT INTO THE COMPUTER. THEY DID OFFER TO DO IT AGAIN, BUT WE SAID NO BECAUSE THEY WOULDNT RETURN PHONE CALLS. WE HAD TO CALL THE MAIN OFFICE. THAT GOT US NOWHERE SO WE HAD SOMEONE ELSE FIX IT.

IF YOURE NOT A MANAGER, YOU GET TREATED LIKE A DOG. MOST PEOPLE WILL LOOK THE OTHER WAY WHEN YOU ARE LOOKING FOR SOMETHING AND HALF THE TIME THEY DONT EVEN KNOW THEIR OWN DEPARTMENT.

THEY ARE ALWAYS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. WHEN I GO IN THERE WITH A PROBLEM, I ALWAYS KNOW THAT THEY WILL HAVE A SOLUTION FOR ME.

IT WAS FINE. THATS ABOUT AS FLOWERY AS I CAN DO FOR IT. THEY CAME AND DID THE BARE MINIMUM OF WHAT I ASKED THEM TO DO. I CANT REALLY COMPLAIN, BUT I CANT REALLY SAY ANYTHING WONDERFUL EITHER. IT WASNT HORRIBLE BECAUSE THEY DID EXACTLY WHAT THEY SAID THEYD DO, BUT I CANT SAY ANYTHING BAD. THEY WERENT FRIENDLY OR HELPFUL OR OVERLY KNOWLEDGEABLE. THE PERSONAL INTERACTION WAS MINIMAL.

THEY WERE VERY POLITE. I WAS VERY SATISFIED. I THINK THERE WAS A LITTLE SCRATCH ON THE FRIDGE, AND I CALLED AND SAID I WAS SENDING IT BACK. THEY SAID THEY WOULD TAKE $85 OFF THE NEW FRIDGE I BOUGHT.

THEY ARE REALLY GOOD. THEY ALWAYS HAVE WHAT YOU NEED, BUT THEY ALSO CHARGE YOU A LOT FOR IT. NOTHING IS FREE. I DON'T KNOW THAT MUCH ABOUT COMPUTERS SO I LET THEM DO IT FOR ME.

WE WENT TO THE STORE AND WERE HELPED BY AN INFORMATIVE EMPLOYEE. THEY MADE IT EASY FOR US TO MAKE A DECISION. WE HAD TO ORDER IT AND IT WAS DELIVERED ON TIME.

DELIVERY ON TIME AND CALLED AHEAD OF TIME. INSTALLATION WAS PERFORMED NEATLY.

GOOD INSTALLATION, NEAT & CLEAN SERVICE.

WARRANTY COVERAGE IS EXTENDED AND SERVICE IS OK.

GOOD DELIVERY SERVICE, NICE AND NEAT INSTALLATION. REASONABLE PRICED.
