Bait and switch. David gives a decent price to hook the customer, gives a good sale pitch, and agrees to conditions. But later, his company calls and changes the terms of the service when you ask them to put things in clear writing (as opposed to scribbled on a contract form). In my case, David never returned my call when I called him for clarification.There also were warning signs that I picked up on: for example, he wanted us to prep and clean the walls so that his painters will have an easier time. Just fyi, wall preparation is all part of the painter's job. They should remove cover-plates, lights, door knobs, patch small and large holes, retexture the wall if necessary, and fix corners and joint seams before they paint. If a professional painter simply writes that he will do "prep" work without detailing it and wants to use tape to mask lights and knobs, you might as well do the job yourself. In another example, he wanted to use a lower grade of paint that saves maybe $20 per gallon and was insistent on it. I had to push to use the highest quality even though I was willingly to pay extra for it. Finally, he tries to sell you on other things that have nothing to do with painting since he claims to be a general contractor.Anyway, I cannot recommend this company. Sorry!

They did excellent work! They arrived on time and I have absolutely nothing to complain about. The crew was fantastic and they went above and beyond the call of the service. We were very pleased with the service and the staff. Jorge was the lead individual and he was very personable and very caring, as well as understanding of my situation. They were very open to any last minute changes in regard to paint color or anything else I wanted to add on. I would highly recommend them.

Pressure washed house, prep, and painting. Very good experience.

We were please with the cost, their commitment to getting the work done on time, the quality of the work, their clean up, and their promptness.

They did a wonderful job. The owner came out to show me his portfolio and to do an estimate for me. He was very honest with me and warned me that since I do have an older home there might be some issues since there are already layers of paint on the walls. I was very happy with the outcome. The owner was very polite and professional and so were his employees. They got the job done in a timely manner.

From my first call to the office to the completion of the job, everyone was professional and nice. My contact during the initial call Linda at their office was efficient and pleasant. As we arranged, David the owner came promptly the next day examined our guest cottage and drew up a proposal. And I mean draw. Because of the molding and paneling were to be done in different finishes and/or colors David not only wrote a detailed description, he drew detailed sections so there could be no confusion as to the terms of our contract. We phoned in the the friendly Linda the next day and the job began on time and finished on time, despite the fact that the "oil type" pimer coat paint took its time drying. The three man crew did a careful masking job, removed and replace multiple hardware items, and left behind a clean job.

They did a terrific job. They were on time, efficient and fairly priced.

I’ve liked working with them! They’ve done a wonderful job, and clean up well afterwards so that you don’t even know that they’ve been there. They do the work quickly, efficiently, and are willing to come out if any spots are missed. If they do a lot of work for you, they can give you a discount. They also send out coupons for discounts, too! I’d highly recommend them to others.

They were reasonably-priced and did a good job overall.

The experience was good overall. They were the best-priced, they have other services that they offer (not just painting), and it seems like they knew what they were doing. We asked them to replace three chandelier-type lights, which they did at no additional charge. They cleaned up well once they did the work. There were a couple of tiny spots that we noticed after they left. Most people, I don’t think would’ve noticed, but we are meticulous. The quality of the work was good, but they did use subcontractors on our job.

their service was great. David showed up took a quick look around we explained what we wanted done, he took 15 minutes to give us a written estimate. We had to choose the paint color and let them know when to start. We had them come the next monday. The crew showed up as scheduled on time and did a quick and effiecient job. The rooms all look great. I would use the for my next painting project.

They were very good and did an excellent job. It was under $1000, which was fine.

I am very happy. They did the job really well. They were pretty quick and did the job when they said they would in a reasonable amount of time. They didn’t take weeks and weeks and they didn’t require all the money at once either. In fact, it was all paid on completion.

They did a great job, my husband pointed out some areas that needed some rework and they completed it right away. The prep work was very thorough. It made the house look brand new! Not the cheapest but very good quality and great customer service. I will use them again when we do the tall vaulted walls and staircase.

After contacting the company, they made an appointment to look at our home before giving us a detailed estimate and description of the work they would do. Upon selecting Dream Painting, they told us when they would start and when they expected to be finished. They came on time every day, worked hard, kept things as neat as possible, and cleaned up every day. The quality of the work was very good and we are very pleased with the end product.

I liked everything about them and the house is painted beautifully. They were professional and clean. They were here when they said they would be here and they worked. It was wonderful and a great experience.

Went well overall. Had a problem scheduling touch-up as I was out of town which was not their fault. I would use them again.

We found them on Angies List. Called them up and had them come out for an estimate. Estimator was late. They did call to let us know they would be late. Estimator was very professional in his presentation and explained everything very thorough. I felt the price was fair. The work was done in a fairly good time. They did what they promised to do. I felt they could of been a little more careful with the drips and runs in the paint. Couple of windows were not taped right so there was paint on them. They cleaned their tools on our grass leaving areas a pale white. I believe they should of done this on the driveway or down by the street. They also did not throughly clean up after they were done. I give them an overall C. They did not wow me nor did they make me run to a lawyer. We did not have to pay a deposit with them. Payment was due when work was finished

The company came out and gave me an estimate. Although they were very expensive, I decided to go with them based on reputation. When their workers arrived to do the job, they said there was a misunderstanding. They called their office and the woman who I booked the services with said they had to raise the price by $1,000. I was so angry, I am hiring another company. Their estimator came to my house and saw the job, there was no reason for the price to change.

We found them through the Clipper Magazine, but they were not on Angie's List. They came out and did an estimate. Price was reasonable. They were professional and gave us a packet regarding the company and their references. On the day of the job, the job supervisor was late, although he was coming from Riverside and got lost. They estimated a 2 full days to complete the job, but actually took 3 full days. On the 2nd day, we were expecting a call to do the walk through but did not receive one. We had to call the office to track down the supervisor and was unsuccessful. The manager was not able to contact the supervisor either. When it was time for the walk through, the supervisor was still doing touch-up on the walls. We waited in the car for an hour before the walk through was conducted. There was several spots on the walls that were smeared, not painted, or painted poorly. The supervisor did fix some of those spots. Overall, we were unhappy with this company and will not use them again.

The manager came in and spent a lot of time explaining the work and answering questions. We were a bit apprehensive about moving to a hotel for 3 days while the work is completed but am convinced now that was the best recommendation. Elmer and his two helpers did the job completely and were very detail oriented. The prep work was excellent and everything was wrapped and covered with double layered plastic. Elmer spent the time putting several sample colors on the walls to help us choose the right colors. The ceilings and paint were superb. The clean up was as good as could be. We are happy.

From the initial appointment to obtain an estimate until the final touch-ups and clean up, the company was professional in every way. They matched our previous colors perfectly, using the paint brand they preferred. The painters were skilled and sought perfection. Their prep work was careful and exacting. They were not in a hurry to finish quickly; when they found that our wood patio cover was too dry to accept paint well, they primed it and then worked with rollers and brushes rather than spray. They cleaned up and touched up well, doing "fine tuning" after the main painting was complete. No payment was due until we were totally satisfied and even as I was ready to pay, the painters encouraged me to walk around the house several more times to be sure that all was well. We can recommend them without hesitation and will use their services again for the interior of our home.
