Arrived on time with 4 people. They were able to finish in one day. Very pleased with results. Some of the patching was only okay but overall still good.

This company was excellent. No one wanted to paint the free standing cross because it was very tall. This company came and gave a free estimate that was very reasonable. They sent two painters who used a tall ladder and sanded the two crosses and painted them. Now our crosses look fresh and new as they should and we are very happy.

Well, let me start off by saying I am very picky! So when I tell you I was more than satisfied with Dream Painting, that is saying alot. Paul came on time and looked around the house and sent me a quote by email very quickly. While he was here he gave me their insurance bond, license, etc. I had several quotes, and am so happy I chose this company. The painters showed up on time, and were very very professional. They put in long hard days. The work is beautiful. They cleaned up after themselves perfectly. The real zinger, so to speak, I let John pick the color of the outside of my house! He gave me such good advice, and I just wasn't sure what would look good on my style of home. My neighbors love love love my house color! As for the inside cabinets, they are more beautiful than I expected, and once again I trusted John to pick out my color. He came with samples, but I asked him with his decades of experience what he would choose for this style of kitchen. I give my highest of recommendation.

These guys are so amazing! Right from the beginning, the estimate and presentation were very professional. What impressed me and influenced my decision the most was the fact that they are licensed and insured. That and the fact that the estimate came in lower than the others. They always arrived when they said they would. Always on time! They worked full days, as in 9 to 5. An enormous amount of work can get done in a day by three guys working 8 hours. They were done in 4 days. They did a lot of prep work, filling in cracks in my stucco and smoothing out boards. The quality of the work was superb! They were polite, and my house in GORGEOUS!!! OHHH!! and they gave me a written warranty! I do not know these guys personally. I have no interest in their business. I am just really amazed at the job they did. I have owned this house for 11 years and I have re-done everything, including having the exterior painted before, and I have never been more impressed by anyone who has done work for me as much as I am impressed with Dream Painting.

our first impression was a very good one...Paul...he was very knowledgeable and just a really nice guy...he helped us look forward to the project... our next impression...another good one...the crew...Mr Kim, Manuel and Miguel...they turned our sad little cabin into a proud resident of the forest...they patched and scraped and masked so thoroughly...very detail oriented...they all worked very well together, like a well oiled machine...and the finished product just blew us away the project took 4 days and each day they showed up on time and cleaned up afterwards...the last day they did an incredible cleanup...it's obvious that they take great pride in their work...it showed...before the actual start date, a surprise rain was on its way and Mr Kim, Manuel and Miguel came out to seal the bare wood that had been installed but was not completed...very nice we cannot say enough good things about Paul, Mr. KIm, Manuel and Miguel...we've all heard the horror stories...these guys have their own movie with a happy ending...we have an interior project coming up and we know who we're going to call...Dream Painting

I never received a quotation from David Kwak / Dream Painting. I called them (2) times to follow up; 1st time: about 10 days after the original visit, and then again (2nd time) on October 17th. Receptionist assured me they would send the quote during both phone calls but I never received it despite confirming they had my correct e-mail address. I offered them a 2nd e-mail address to use during our conversation October 17th, even though the 1st one works fine. David seemed like a professional who would provide a quote or give me a courtesy call to announce a "no-bid". I am surprised he did not just have his receptionist contact me after either of my (2) calls & advise that he had changed his mind about responding with a quote.

Everything about the job was professional. Price similar to other quotes. Gave some nice ideas for a tray ceiling. Otherwise we decided on colors and accent wall. Started the job soon after giving the quote. Covered everything (I mean everything in the house) with plastic, which diminished the mess. My spouse decided to change the color after at least 40% of the job was done, and it wasn't a problem (after paying a little extra for the new paint and time). Workmanship was excellent, nicely detailed work. Cleaned up adequately. Would definitely recommend.

Everything went as planned. David assured me there would be no discoloration and the color would last, and thus far it looks pretty good.

The Dream painting team were excellent. Took a total of four days start to finish. Quality people, quality work! Very impressed.

Our house is older (1924) so there was a lot of prep. A lot. The crew was punctual, very polite and very hardworking. They were extremely reasonable and there were no added fees even though they had to replace some wood and do even more prep than expected. The actually spent two full days on prep and two days on painting. Overall, we're very pleased and would use them again.

I highly recommend this painting company. We have had our house painted several times in the last 22 years and Dream Painting was by far the superior service. Professional from start to finish. On time each morning, cleanup each evening. My biggest concern was the thoroughness of the prep work. An older home has many imperfections. The thoroughness of the preparation of all the different types of surfaces was amazing, more than we would have imagined. Power washing was completed and clear plastic was used to cover and protect all unpainted areas including concrete walkways, decking, pool and even my neighbor's car. Bare wood, that had been recently installed during the installation of the new roof, was primered and stucco repair was done with a concrete mix where even the smallest hairline crack was addressed. The house was completely painted by day three with the crew returning on day four (a Saturday) to paint a downspout that had been missed. Even now, I cannot find any evidence of overspray. After completion, all we had to do was reinstall the screens. No cleanup required.

From start to finish, a class act. David who is the President and owner was prepared and detail oriented in the preparation of his estimate and inspection of the property. He came armed with not only proof of insurance, but a list of references that would inflict carpo-tunnel syndrome if you were to attempt to contact all of them. He assigned two extremely qualified and customer friendly tradesmen (John and Jesus) to do the job. They not only exhibited attention to detail, they were receptive to last minute changes that could have significantly affected the scheduled completion of the job. Perhaps the best part of this experience was the lack of any attempt to "up sell" their services or paint products. They offer you only what you want and need, but can make recommendations if asked and answer any job related inquiry you might have. I took three bids for the job, they were not the cheapest, but they leave you with the confidence that the job would be done right and on time! And it was! This was my personal experience and does not guarantee that the reader will have the same experience, but I offer this as a d*** good indicator that this might be a repeatable experience with others who use them. David the owner came out and made a nice presentation. He said he would send me an estimate via email over the week end. On Monday or Tuesday I called and told the woman that answered the phone that I did not receive the promised estimate. She said she would remind him. No one ever called or sent an estimate.

Came out and gave estamite. Came back with shutters on time and installed them in short order. They did outstanding job and I would use them again. Thanks Avalon Shutters.

This company was wonderful!!! They were very prompt about returning my phone calls. I scheduled an estimate for the paint job, which they showed up for promptly. They started work approx 1.5 weeks later. They painted all of the interior walls of our 3300 sq ft home, except for the closets and the ceiling. We were not living in the home at the time they did the work, and I felt completely comfortable giving them a key so that they could get the work done. The paint job is spectacular. All of the edging around the light fixtures, doors, windows, etc is flawless. Originally when they gave me the estimate the supervisor told me it would take 2 days, 3 at the most. However, when the actual crew showed up they told me it was definitely going to take 3 full days. That was a slight issue b/c I had new carpet being installed on the third day. However, the crew did a great job of accommodating my tight timeline and worked wonderfully around the carpet layers. I was very impressed with everything about this company from their responsiveness, fair price quote, professionalism, and cooperativeness. I would highly recommend them.

Paul was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Overall, the work performed was good.

We had various estimates from top 5 painters on Angie's list and we went with Dream Painting at the end after comparing costs and portfolios. First off, we couldn't believe how reasonable they were with their feedback and service. From the get go, we were given the estimate by Paul who came twice to the home to ascertain the estimate and explained their process to ensure satisfaction. Very courteous and professional in all the visits. He wasn't trying to paint all they can and suggested ways we could save by touching up certain areas instead since the paint was still in fairly good condition, his honesty was very much appreciated. When we scheduled, John and his crew came and started on the job immediately and walked us through every room to make sure there was a clear understanding on what was included. Paul was right on the money when he said John would not leave until we were totally satisfied. After they were done, wife and I did a walkthrough in the house and pointed out some really small things which they took care of immediately. John is very experienced in the painting profession and was able to make great recommendations on site about color schemes and the flow of the colors into different areas of the house. We were so impressed we made sure to leave a sizable tip on top of the job to show our appreciation. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Our experience with them was fine. They were all very nice. They were professional. I think they were good.

Excellent job. The crew was only two men, they showed up on time and worked late to make sure they were done in three days. Excellent quality work, we will call them again when we paint upstairs.

It was really good. My husband was really happy, anything that he told them, he was like, could you fix that and fix that, because my husband is very meticulous about it and they did, they fixed it so they were really good to work with. It took them about a week but we have really high ceilings, they're like really tall ceilings and they even did all the doors and the door jams, and I mean we had everything repainted. I would say I would recommend them if they're looking for a painter.

Excellent service. Excellent results. From the estimate to the finish the experience was worry free and pleasant. Very friendly, professional, easy to ask questions. The work looks phenomenal, I don't recognize our house! Every effort was made to make the experience as smooth as possible and it met all our expectations. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this service provider.

Bought a house in South Corona. Needed a new interior paint job because former owners painted everything so dark. Called David who gave me a good quote and seemed very nice on the phone. Was willing to work with me even though I don't live in the area and therefore would not be able to meet them in person. Verified that they use good paint (i.e. Dunn-Edwards) and told them to get started. There was one minor miscommunication that occurred because I could not be there when we were deciding colors but in the end they did a great job and the house looks great. They were careful about taping up fixtures and minimizing overspray. The best judge is actually my father, who is a retired house painter, and he gave them the seal of approval. The painters worked long and hard and did a great job. As an FYI, David is not the one who will be there painting, rather he has crews that do the work for him...but the crew that came to my place was very good. Would definitely use them again next time I need more work done.

David Kwak came out and did a thourough walk-around of the job. Asked questons of what we wanted, what kind of paint, when, etc. Liked his proposal and have Dream the job. They came out when they saidk did the job as well as several small side jobs that were beyond the minimum we asked them to do. They not only pressure washed the area to be painted but most of the rest of the building, walls, etc. as well. 226 Garnet

Paul was very professional, and took time to explain in detail the services that would be performed. Price was competitive, although we did accept a lower bid from a provider we had used before on interior painting. Would definitely call Dream Painting for another job.
