I normally don't leave reviews, and when I do, you either need to have done a real horrible job or an extraordinary job. Saturday morning I woke up to a ruptured water pipe in my kitchen, I called 3 other plumbers, two messages, spoke to one company that was going to send a tech out on Monday! I ended up getting a call back from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. They took care of me fast and the tech who ended up coming out ‘Jeff’ was a professional and clearly understood the urgency and fixed things up. I needed these guys to fix a construction error and they went above and beyond. We added a new bathroom to our house and within a few weeks the toilet, sinks, and shower started to back up. We gave the general contractor that installed the bathroom a chance to fix the issue, but they actually made it worse. We hired Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and their plumber Jose was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He immediately spotted the problem, thoroughly explained why it was a problem, then fixed it. We haven't had any water backups since. Thanks again Jose!

Called with what I thought was a routine kitchen sink clog last week. Tech response in what seemed like under 15mins - friendly, professional and under the circumstances (cooking dinner for the in-laws) got right to it. Quickly determined the clog was in the main line, he had everything he needed, was super clean, laid down a drop cloth and talked us through the fix before moving forward. Well worth it to have a professional come out when we needed it most. Already added Ben Franklin Plumbing to my “list of guys”, hard to find reliable, affordable pro’s like this.
