 + -1 moreOVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD. SEARS ALWAYS DOES GOOD JOBS. THEY ARE KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HARD WORKERS. JOB WAS MESSY, HAD TO TAKE THINGS APART.
Description of Work: WARRANTY ITEM. WASHING MACHINE SPIN BROKEN. MACHINE WON'T SPIN, THEREFORE CLOTHES DON'T GET CLEAN. JUST HUMS.

 + -1 moreOVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS A GOOD ONE. I HAD NO IDEA WHAT I WAS DOING. CONTACTED THE OFFICE THEY WALKED ME THROUGH HOW TO REMOVE THE IGNITE. TOOK IT IN AND THE SALES PEOPLE KNEW EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED AND TOOK CARE OF IT. THE PRICE WAS LESS THAN I THOUGHT OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD. CONTACTED THE COMPANY, HAD WARRANTY FOR REPAIRS. THEY RESPONDED WITHIN ONE DAY. THEY CAME OUT AND COMPLETED THE JOB QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY. I CAN WASH AGAIN.
Description of Work: JOB 1: NEEDED TO REPAIR AND/OR REPLACE THE IGNITE ON THE STOVE. HAD TO REMOVE IT AND TAKE IT IN TO REPLACE IT. ($78.50) JOB 2:WASHING MACHINE BROKEN. MACHINE HUMMED BUT DID NOT SPIN. THE SPINNER WAS JAMMED.($50)
