Description of Work: Not only were they the lowest bid of the 4 I received, they were honest and professional. They arrived on time, completed the new roof in a timely manner, and cleaned up completely after themselves when they were done. We couldn't be happier with the service we received.

Description of Work: NOBODY TURNED UP ON SCHEDULE. CALLED THEM SO MANY TIMES. THEN AFTER A MONTH, ONE CAME FROM MCGUIRE ROOFING. HIS NAME IS BILL, HE DID NOT BRING A TALL LADDER AND DID NOT CLIMB TO THE TOP TO CHECK ON THE ROOF. HE WAS JUST LOOKING ON THE ROOF AND MAKE A LIST. HE SAID I NEED MAINTENANCE AND LITTLE REPAIR, HE WILL SEND AN EMAIL. UNTIL NOW, IM WAITING.

Description of Work: replaced the roof on our rental property. Did a great job but left a lot of debris on the side of the house that our renter had to clean up, which was part of the estimate. There was a delay on completion because of the inspection process but other than that, I would highly recommend them as they have done our rental and repaired our own roof and was very reasonable in price.

+ -1 moreWe had a roof leak on the weekend. We called McGuire Roofing on Monday and someone was out to give us an estimate that afternoon. The crew removed the old roofing material on one day and started the new roofing material the very next day and within three days, we had a new roof. The crew was very professional and the company was very easy to work with. We had also gotten a couple of recommendations for this roofing company from friend. Our friends sure were right and now we are ready to recommend McGuire Roofing to everyone we talk to.

+ -1 moreThe office staff was always polite and professional. Any questions I had were answered promptly by phone or email. The owner was considerate and met me for the initial estimate after the tenants had closed for the day. The roofers did an excellent job. They arrrived on time as scheduled with a crew of dedicated workers and a foreman to supervise. They were timely in calling for city inspections so as not to hold up the project. They never complained about having to work on a Saturday. I have only positive comments regarding McGuire Roofing, and we plan to use this company to reroof our home in the near future.
Description of Work: They tore off the existing roof and hauled away all debris, repaired dry rot, roofed back with FR10 bace sheet and 60 mil. TPO firestone 20 year warranty product with 10 year warranty on workmanship. They scheduled for all permits and inspections, and furnished inspection reports after completion. Since reroofing was on an office complex, they scheduled all work to be done on Saturdays and completed the work withing the estimated time.

+ -1 moreThe estimate was the lowest from the 4 other estimates that I got. Started the Job on the day we agree to and was done 4 day later. Crew was here in the morning and worked till there was not more sunlight. Great looking roof with what appears to me to be good workmanship. Only complaint was on the final day the clean up took place in the evening and they missed some areas that needed cleaning. Overall I am very satisfied with the job.
