Jose responded to a request for service on Sunday and was extremely fast and knowledgeable with determining our problem with the circuit breaker panel. Located a replacement part and installed the following day. Excellent customer service and will request again for an upcoming project.

Person told me he charge $150 for first hour service. I just called him if he advised me to turn on power or not. He came n told me not to turn on till take off rock sheet. As anyone can see water damage. He took off fan besides that which didn’t benefit me for anything. If it stays there, I wasn’t using it regardless. Just to remove fan and write a report so that I can ask him for services in future. He charged me $150. He spent no more than 10 minutes. When I ask why, he said, I want to make business run right. Which make me upset.

The service tech was very knowledgeable checked all my kitchen outlets and found that it was a tripped circuit . he even pulled out my refrigerator so I could clean behind it after 13 yrs.

Jose is a fine young man who installed my newly purchased Sunsetter Electric Awning. He installed our Sunsetter one day after coming over and giving me a great quote. The work was done professionally, in about 6 hours. They cleaned up after their work, and I couldn't be more pleased with the job.

Jose walked into our office when we were getting ready to move to a new location. It just so happened that we needed an electrician. I showed him the projects and he got started the very next day. He showed up when he said he would. He did what I expected and more, to make the repairs more efficient (the office wiring was a little messed up). Since the first project, we've brought him back three more times with more projects. He is very reliable and affordable. I am already referring him to friends, other business owners and colleagues.

Our electrical panel was shorting out and it was very dangerous. It needed to.be replaced immediately. After getting the runaround from another local company for over a week, we contacted JS Power through Home Advisor. The owner contacted us back immediately and he even came over after hours and temporarily fixed the box so that it was safe. He gave us a reasonable estimate that same night. Two days after initially contacting JS Power, our work was scheduled and completed. The owner was prompt, effecient and professional. He did an excellent job. It was obvious that he took pride in his workmanship.
