+ -1 moreAdmittedly, it was the busiest time of year for a roofer, so response times would be slow. He was out there working, instead of answering phone calls and emails! We will probably not use him in the future because we want a metal roof, and he only does composite shingles.
Description of Work: We called Kasza because he was highly rated in Angie's list. However, they were so busy in August it was difficult to get a return phone call or email. He came out an made an estimate, and was extremely prompt and on-time for the estimate. But then he never provided us anything in writing, and I had to call a couple of times just to get a verbal estimate.

Description of Work: We needed a new roof, or a significant repair of our garage roof. Daniel and his crew had one plan, one estimate, but when they got there, they realized that they could do it cheaper in various ways/ They were creative about it, making it not only functional but aesthetically pleasing. They worked hard. They just just inspired confidence. Daniel and his crew have integrity. Period.

Description of Work: I contacted him to have him come look at my roof. He is not reliable. It took him almost three weeks to have him call me back. We played phone tag for another three weeks. He never even showed up for our appointment.

Description of Work: i called about a leak around my skylight. He found 2 possible water entry points and sealed both. No more leak.
