+ -1 moreRepairman smelled exceedingly bad, (as in I had to open windows and run fans) talked to himself out loud continuously (not just "muttering"), and charged more than I was quoted for providing an estimate. When questioned on the price charged for the estimate, the repairman advised if I didn't like it I should call Donna Deegan, the owner. I left two messages on two separate days (with employees, not just voice-mail) for owner Donna Deegan to call me to discuss; neither call was ever returned. (I have an answering machine, caller ID, and I provide my cell phone number on my answering machine message, but I was never called.)
Description of Work: Came to my home to provide a dryer repair estimate.

+ -1 moreService call to company had a very pleasant response. Repairman arrived within time frame. Worked and explained problem quickly, returned later within designated time and performed repair very professionally.
Description of Work: GE Convention oven not working properly. Showed F7 code. Repairman had to order new parts and install.

+ -1 moreThey are a wonderful company. I have fairly inflexible daytime hours, and they are always willing to work around my schedule. Their repairmen are unfailing polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Their office staff also are always polite. I would HIGHLY recommend them.
Description of Work: They have replaced a Whirlpool washer for me twice.

+ -1 moreI HAD AN OVER ALL GOOD EXPERIENCE. THE REPAIR MAN KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING. THE REPAIR MAN HAD SHOWN UP ON TIME AND HAD GOOD WORKMANSHIP. I DEFINITELY ENJOYED HAVING HIM WORK FOR ME.
Description of Work: MY SON CALLED THEM TO REPAIR MY DRYER. IT ONLY TOOK A BELT CHANGE BECAUSE MINE HAD WORN OUT.
