Description of Work: Diagnosed low performing air cooling system (Payne PY3P system). Made corrective repairs to ducting (critter holes) that substantially increased system airflow into house. Cleaned A/C unit and added partial R22 refrigerant charge to system to maximize cooling.

+ 0 moreAmerican Heating and Cooling relocated the furnace from the attic to an area where it makes it more acceptable. He did a great job. We plan on getting him to put the new air-conditioning in. He came in and gave us the same, if not more service compared with other providers for a lot less money. He's very honest and very, very straight forward. He does the work himself and his worker rather than sending in a technical crew. They were very thorough, worked hard and were very personable. They pretty much took care of everything that we needed. We learned about him through word of mouth.
Description of Work: He installed the furnace, all new ducting and a couple of vents.
