VALLEY LOCK & SAFE

Called made an appointment between 11:30 and 2:30 for today. When I called they explained pretty much what most likely they would need to do, with the information I gave them. So hopefully there would be no surprise. Less than an hour later, now around 9:00 am they called back and had an opening, would I like it. Perfect! Tim arrived took a look and showed me the problem and being the original on 36 year old house time to replace. Tim was efficient, professional, neat and personable at all times. Job entailed. Supply and install Kwickset Entry Knob Supply and install Kwickset Deadbolt Rekey to existing licks Remove and install new door jam hardware There prices seem well in line with the industry standards. Will most definitely use Valley Lock again if needed.

Perfectly. Answered phone on second ring, the scheduler was courteous, knowledgable, and set same day service. Installer Richard called two hours before the scheduled ttme to confirm. Showed up right on time. Replaced 4 locks and made 8 keys very efficiently and kept me informed what he was doing. He had been here two years ago and inspected all the work he had done then at no charge. Very professional job by top notch man who had great customer service appreciation. No wonder these people are the best in the business. We will never use anyone else and reccomend them for their honesty, professionalism, and competency.

Haven't used a locksmith forever, so no basis for comparison. Appreciate that Thomas was punctual and friendly. He struck us as honest and had good follow-up.

VERY PLEASED WITH QUICK RESPONSE I RECEIVED CALLING AFTER 5:00 PM I WAS STILL ABLE TO GET SERVICED AND THE TECHNICIAN WAS COURTEOUS AND GOT THE JOB DONE QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY.

AFTER SHOPPING FOR GROCERIES, AND RETURNING HOME, I REALIZED THAT I HAD LOCKED MYSELF OUT OF MY HOUSE. I PHONED THE LOCKSMITH, AND HE CAME PROMPTLY, AND SUPPLIED ME WITH DUPLICATE KEYS.

THEY TOOK A LONG TIME TO COME AND HELP US SO WE WERE A LITTLE UPSET. WE HAD KIDS OUT WITH US AND THE KIDS WERE VERY HOT AND TIRED. THE SERVICE WAS OK ONCE THEY GOT THERE, BUT I WOULD HAVE LIKED TO SEE THEM COME A LITTLE FASTER.
