TIP TOP CLEANING SVC

They totally cleaned the 2BR 2BA Furnished unit we were listing for sale. It was a mess. They were not only professional, hard working and very detailed oriented, but worked fast and efficiently. Not only that, but they were both very friendly and caring about helping us get the job done to our liking. |I've hired several cleaning services over the years and can honestly say, these ladies were the Best of the Best. It's a No Brainer, I'll definitely call them again.

experience was professional & easy to work with

That wasn't a pleasant experience. I didn't pay them. The girls broke my screen door and they left. And then I got them before they drove away and I brought them in and I said why didn't they tell me about this? I told them if they need anything, I would be right there, they just have to ask. And they said that they didn't do it. It was like a V-shape where they pulled so hard. It is aluminum, but if you put a lot of force on it, it will bend. I said honesty is the best policy, and they said that they will tell the lady and she will get it fixed. Then the girl called me and they came and picked up the screen and she said that there won't be any charge. Then they brought the screen back and it wasn't right, it didn't fit and they didn't get a new one, they just mickey mouse the old one. It wouldn't match up with the latch, so then they took it again and they brought it back. Then I told them to forget it, I'll just get a new screen. So that is what I did. The girl was fine. She was late, but she had a reason and she called to say that she was going to be late. After I told my friends, they said that their price was an awful lot of money. It was two girls, so I don't know. They did a fairly good job; they did what I've asked them to do.

I have been very happy with them. I have recommended them.
