I apologize for writing this review so late after services were rendered. This was probably THE best experience I have ever had with work done in my house. I contacted the owner of Premier Painting (Brant Warren) through Angie's List and he immediately responded to my e-mail. He was quick to give me an estimate on the room that needed to be painted. His workers arrived ON TIME and introduced themselves before the work began. They did a fantastic job and didn't left the area they worked in clean. The care they took to paint the room was truly on a professional level. I would highly recommend this company!

I recieved a reasonable quote and proceeded with the job. They were prompt, hard working, and courteous daily. The job was completed in exactly the amount of time quoted and beautifully done. I am thoroughly satisfied and would hire them again.

Last year we had some cracks and staining of our stucco and had Brant at Premier Painting do the work. He was able to match the existing color perfectly and the job was done in a very timely manner. This past week we received a notice from our association that our chimney was looking worn (this is a second home) and I called Brant again. Within 2 days he had gone to the home, matched the paint again and had the work done for us. Since we are not at the home all the time, it is great to know Brant is there to get the job done in a timely and trustworthy manner.

They did an excellent job, we were very pleased.

They are really great, you'll want to use them for your painting needs in the desert cities. We had a rough time w/ some other companies flaking and being hard to get to commit.

The owner arrived on-time and took his time walking the property with me discussing the job. He provided a written estimate in a timely fashion. The workers arrived on-time everyday announcing their arrival, lunch and departure. They were considerate, polite and professional. Because this was painting the house trim, it required masking off of the stucco walls, around windows and doors. They took great care not to over spray any surfaces. The owner walk the property with me upon completion. And required payment only after we were both satisfied with the job. They used supplies and paint from a local paint store instead of a chain store or box store. I plan to use this contractor again in the future.

Brant came to our property to look over the job and submitted a written quote. One of Brant's employees, Frank, came to start removing the wallpaper. It took him approximately two days to prepare the walls to be painted and another three days to paint. He did an excellent job painting, hanging pictures again and replacing the hardware. Both Brant and Frank worked with us every step of the way so that the job would be completed to our satisfaction. I would certainly use Premier Painting again and would recommend them to my friends.

They watered down the paint and did not do a second coat in one of the bedrooms and possibly more (we were there for the day they did not do a second coat in the bedroom, but were not there to observe the other rooms). We had to contact them to finish up some areas they had missed as well. They were not very conscientious. I would not recommend them to anyone else.

Excellent professional job of painting the public rooms and master bedroom of my house. Good attention to details, punctual and very easy to have in my home.

Work was done on time. Lines were very clean. Wall patches were practically invisible. Noticed that paint on the media bookshelves would come off when we moved around speakers, receivers etc. Brant was willing to come back to fix this and some minor issues but we didn't need it. Would highly recommend.

Excellent job! Brant was very helpful and managed to squeeze this job into a busy schedule. The painter Mickey was very professional and did an outstanding job. The room looks terrific! I would definitely use Premier Painting again.

We have nothing but good things to say about Brant Warren and his crew from Premier Painting. We picked him from Angie's List and asked him to come do an estimate. We received the estimate by email within 2 days and the price was very reasonable. We hired Brant and emailed back-and-forth while figuring out when they would be able to come do the job, because we were not in a rush. Brant got a postponement on another job and told us he could fit us in right away. During the time before he started, Brant gave us suggestions as to types of paint to try and he matched the colors to the paint company samples we had. When the guys came to start the job, it was so hot outside (115 one day) and we felt terrible for them, but they never stopped working. They were clean and neat and put everything away each day when done. It took 6 days in all to finish and we love the way the house looks! I would hire Brant and his crew again in a second if I had another paint job to do. He is fair, easy to talk to, and very professional!

I really enjoyed working with Brant from start to finish. He was very easy going and even helped me pick out my color. I initially wanted to do an accent wall and he had some suggestions there too, but in the end I chickened out. Brant was very patient and during the initial meeting he took his time to talk to me about what I was looking for and my vision for the home. He made sure to walk the whole house and even asked me what I thought my kids would like in their rooms and asked about baseboard colors. As promised he came back a couple days later with a quote which I actually thought was fair but he even brought it down a bit from his original bid. Once we settled on the price we started to discuss dates as he and his crew had other commitments. When I found out I would have family in for the holidays, Brant was extremely flexible and agreed to move up the date based on this development. He estimated about 3 days work and it took 4. Because I would be away on business I had to trust Brant and his crew to do the job without me being there so I left a front door key in a lockbox and gave Brant very specific instructions on making sure to lock up and not allow anyone else in the home as I wasn't expecting anyone. In preparation for the job I moved all furniture to the center of each room (although I think Brant said his crew would've done this I did it myself to expedite their work). I got home a day early from my trip on day 3 expecting the house to be done but they still had finishing touches to complete. I was actually glad to see the progress and noticed they were pretty meticuluous in covering all the furniture and flooring. I didn't notice any spattering of paint on any furniture, flooring, clothes, etc. The only reason I gave them a 'B' for professionalism is because someone on Brant's crew dipped into my pantry. It was relatively minor but I was a bit aggrevated at this. However, Brant was extremely apologetic and dealt with the matter expeditiously and decisively. He even ended up taking off a bit more from the quote for my frustration. If Brant hadn't reacted the way he did and handled the matter so professionally I might've graded them lower in this one area but Brant definitely salvaged the entire experience. Overall, dealing with Brant is extremely positive. He comes across as honest, trustworthy, and truly committed to a quality product. I appreciated his flexibility with pricing and scheduling. I would absolutely recommend Premier Painting to anyone who asks and would use them again myself in the future when I'm ready to commit to the accent wall, paint the guest house or exterior.

Professional from the very first phone contact. The crew was on timedaily for the five days they were on the job and cleaned up every day. I had not moved in yet, so there wasn't any furnishings to move around or cover, but they did cover the appliances, the floors and doors with plastic and taped edges very carefully. All light fixtures were either covered or removed. The crew even took out a cabinet and sink unit that I was expecting another contractor to have to do and moved it out to the garage. They also removed the plantation shutters from the window behind the kitchen sink and refinished the edges around the window before painting the wall. This was not included in the quote eitherl. I was very pleased with the service and would readily recommend Brant and his company, Premier Painting to my friends and neighbours.

All work was done professionally and timely. Any spots not acceptable to us were immediately repaired and redone with no complaints from Brandt or any of his associates doing the work. We could not have been happier with the crew and their work effort. My only complaint would be in some of the prep on the stuccco walls. I would have liked a little more sanding and smoothing on some of the exterior walls near the gardens. All in all, I would highly recommend them for any exterior painting job.

Brant Warren, the owner of the company, came to do an estimate. He walked around the entire house with me and thoroughly explained what the job entailed. He pointed out problem areas, what caused them, and what he would do to correct them. I really appreciated the time he put into explaining everything to me. His crew started the work on the agreed date and worked pretty much full time for about 6 days. They were very professional, yet personable. I was very impressed with their work ethic. I didn't feel the need to constantly check on their work. They were very neat which was a plus. In the end---a great job! I would definitely hire them again.

This is an excellent company. Overall I will continue to use this company as they have services other than just painting. The painters arrived on time and were professional, courteous and on time for the 2 and a half days they worked. The owner Brant was simple the best. The quote he gave included all the labor and materials and the price at the conclusion of the work was the same. I HIGHLY recommend this company!!!!!!
