They did not do very well, they skim cleaned. They did not rinse their mop, I had to go over it myself it was so bad. It was just like they were running late to another appointment.

They were efficient, were on time, and did good, quality work.

Molly Maid of Coachella Valley are bonded and insured. That's what made me choose to use them. They do an excellent job. They're always on time. They do great work. The prices are fair. The big thing, for me, was that they are bonded and licensed; they're in your home a long time, with access to your place. They're very thorough. They bring all their own products. You don't have to have anything in the house. They do a very, very good job of cleaning all the things that I don't want to clean.

It was the first time I had used them. It went great. I would use them again.

I chose them because I was familiar with their name. I've been using them for six years. They are punctual, the girls are clean about their persons. They are bonded and insured. They report to an office manager. An inspector comes out and surprises them every so many trips right after they've cleaned to make sure they're doing their jobs. They do a good job.

When I first hired them they did a really good job. However like most housecleaning companies they started to slack off a little bit after they got a contract. I eventually decided to stop using them.

They do a good job. I don't want to disclose the price that I paid them. They seemed rather thorough. They are quick but not too quick. In other words, they spend enough time in the house and clean appropriately. They are fine. I received other bids that were higher from what they charged. We've already used them half a dozen times. I would use their services again in the future.

This is the third or fourth house cleaning business that I've used since I moved to Coachella Valley. I'm a little picky. Molly maids gets the job done. The crew is Latina, and usually there is a leader that speaks some English. They work fast, and do not ask questions (maybe because of the language barrier). I am not impressed by their cleaning chemicals, so I usually ask them to use mine. I also ask them to use my far superior (and less noisy) vacuum. I consider their service "no frills," but it's affordable. The manager (Bob Davis) is very nice. However, he has never called to ask me how things are going, or inspected his employees' work. I would appreciate some follow-up. Oh, well. He does respond quickly to complaints. I would recommend Molly Maids for convenience and value.
