Description of Work: I have had this company for probably almost two years. Our regular person that did the work went to Europe. He was very responsive and I really liked working with him. The person who replaced his was very competent also. However, since this person is on leave I find that service is lacking.They always do respond in between if insects are found, but service is not the top it was before.They are due to come today and are a little late, which is ok but, i am staying home so that I can show them some places that need extra attention.Like the other review, I prefer to deal with the individual operator not with the office.Will continue the contract with the hope that the 2nd person returns.

+ -1 moreThey do everything outside. You can also arrange for them to do stuff inside. They're very flexible on the schedule. If I need to do a deep clean, then they can also do. They mostly spray the outside to keep the pests away before they come.
Description of Work: They come once a month to my house. They usually spray the outside but can spray the inside if it's arranged.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE REALLY GREAT BECAUSE THEY WOULD BE THERE ON TIME AND ALSO THEY WOULD DO THE JOB REALLY WELL. THE PEOPLE THAT WORKED ON OUR HOUSE WERE NICE AND DID A GREAT JOB.
Description of Work: THEY SPRAYED THE OUTSIDE AND INSIDE OF OUR HOUSE BEFORE WE MOVED IN. THEY WERE SPRAYING FOR BUGS AND OTHER THINGS WE DID NOT WANT.
