I hired this company after I negotiated with Mr Chavez, owner, to dispose of the palm fronds myself to save money as I was quoted 400 to trim 3 palm trees which hadnt been trimmed in many years. The original appointment was changed and the trimmers showed up after 5 oclock. I supplied the workers with water and watermelon as it was a hot day. The trimming was completed in about an hour and the condition in which my back yard was left was disgraceful. Fronds were in my pool, my Jacuzzi, atop my neighbors 20 foot high privacy hedges, on my other plants in the yard and all over the place. There was total disregard for my property and were totally disrespectful of the same. They exhibited no pride whatsoever in the work they were doing and appeared only to be concerned in finishing the trimming so their day would be over. Had they been responsible for disposing of the fallen fronds I do not believe that they would have used the same method of expeditious trimming and letting everything fall where it may as that method would have made their cleanup time significantly longer than the time they took to trim. The water in the Jacuzzi and pool rapidly turned very dark green from the fronds soaking in them and a few of my other plants were damaged from the weight of the fallen fronds. I was outraged by the sight because it was simply wrong on so many levels. I called Mr. Chavez to inform him and sent pictures of the yard via text messages. It was a waste of time. He never even offered to come see the condition of my yard and said the pictures received looked normal to him fro a trimming as you cant expect things falling from such heights to land in a trash can. I could have done without the sarcasm. Do yourself a favor and find another company.
