D & D CARPET

They were great. I want to give the a good review, I really liked them. I see them out in the community, they are just really nice. They just really professional, they are really nice people. When you see therm out in the community, they speak. I saw them at a restaurant, they introduced me to their daughter, their grand baby; they are very nice people. Steve and his wife's name is Theresa...I think her name is Theresa. I would certainly use them again. I have already recommended them. I wasn't here when they did the installation. That's the thing I like about them, they came, they took care of us; our carpet was beautiful. What I would tell people about them is that they use good quality products. They knew we had a dog and a cat; they knew we needed some heavy duty padding and he ended up not putting the extra padding on there. He went on an installed it because he had made the verbal commitment to me. He is just a really nice man. We got a good price from them too.

They were the only company that responded quickly and cooperatively to? this price to take care of this little rental at a low price.?They were very helpful and got things out the very next day.

They were fine. In terms of responsiveness, it was good. They were on the high end so I got somebody else.?

Supported selection process extremely well, provided samples to take home. Consulted on carpet options and expected performance of each. Installation team was well trained, respectful of the house, and completed the work as promised. No complaints on all facets of the process.
