carpet cleaners
 + -1 moreThe owner of Stanley Steemer of Marin/Sonoma, Carmen Bottigli, will not return my calls. I am now filing a claim with the BBB and filing a report on Angie's List. If these actions are ignored, my next step is to take legal action and take them to Small Claims Court.
Description of Work: Stanley Steemer came to my home to clean my carpet on 4/28/2011. They used a product that permanently discolored my carpet. The carpet is brown, and the area they ruined is orange, which means they used a bleaching agent when they should not have. I have tried to resolve this matter with the owner and manger of Stanley Steemer, but they are not responding or returning my calls. What terrible customer service! I have used this Stanley Steemer for 9 years - and this is no way to treat a long time customer. I will NEVER use Stanley Steemer of Marin/Sonoma again!

 + -1 moreI have used them for years at three different places that I have lived. They are quick and do a good job. They are always able to get my carpets cleaned. They are careful when they do the job. They are reasonably priced too. I love them. They are the only ones I would use.

 + -1 moreI have an ongoing service with them. When I first signed up for the service they did both of the rugs, however the second time they came out they did not want to do either rug. I had to call the company and get them to make sure that the rugs were both on my contract. When I called them and got all of that checked they came out the third time and only wanted to do one of the rugs. I have been frustrated just trying to get the service that I originally paid for.
Description of Work: Stanley Steemer came out to clean the carpets in my home. They did three bedrooms, hallway and two rugs.

 + -1 moreI have tried other companies over the years and no one can compare. They are cheaper and the quality of work is better. They did an unbelievably good job and they were able to remove all of the stains as well. They did an excellent job!
Description of Work: They cleaned five rooms of carpets, as well as the stairs. There were stains that had to be removed throughout as well.

 + -1 moreARRIVED PROMPTLY AND EXPLAINED ALL THAT NEEDED TO BE DONE. WORK WAS DONE QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY. THEY CAME BACK TO RETREAT SOME AREAS AT NO CHARGE. I WOULD USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
Description of Work: ENTIRE HOUSE CLEANED--LIVING ROOM, FAMILY ROOM, 4 BEDROOMS, LANDING AND STAIRWAY.
