Trees by Irish

It didn't go. I called Mr. McBeth on Monday 08/01/16 and set-up an appointment for 4:00 PM on Tuesday 08/02/16, for him to come out and give us an estimate. I left work early to make sure I got to my Mom's on time. Apparently, Mr. McBeth didn't care about his potential customers. At 4:10 PM I gave him a call, because he still had not arrived. When he answered, I could tell that he had forgotten about the appointment. I reminded him of the address and he said that he would be there in about 20 minutes. We waited until 5:00 PM, and he still had not arrived, and had not bothered to call to explain why he was so late. Very rude and very unprofessional. I called him back and left a message informing him not to bother showing up. We would not be doing business with him in the future.

I had a very positive experience with this company and recommend them highly. Joe ,owner, is very responsive and professional. I thought more trees had to be removed but he said I could get by with cleaning them up ( thinning out the dead branches) and I could get more years out of them to help me save money. The job took about 4 days and there was no mess and they left my yard looking better than when they got there. My trees are Montery Pines and I am constantly fighting the beetle battle. Thanks to Joe I can keep me trees a few more years. He also ground out the stumps which was a big help!
