RAMON PEREZ GARDENING SERVICES

Description of Work: Ramon and crew were scheduled for 8-9, they arrived at 11:30. We did a walk around with Ramon on the estimate day and the day he arrived to make clear what we wanted done and not done. We emphasized both days he was to stay with his crew. He agreed. Ramon left for 2 hours in the afternoon; my husband had to then instruct the crew in limited Spanish what we wanted because Ramon did not fully communicate this to his crew. We told him we did not want the fern garden trimmed, it was trimmed. We had to supervise the crew according to what we had told Ramon. and what Ramon did not communicate to his crew. I was furious with his lack of professionalism. The crew did a pretty good jod of yard clean up, but Ramon did not fulfill his contract with us. He orriginally quoted 600 for the front and back. On arrival day he pointed out other areas that would be nice to clear at a 300 dollar added cost. It would be a lot of work and so we agreed. We also added 3 more little projects and so we agreed on 1000 even. I knocked off 50 because of his absence. I probably should have reduced it more. I would not use him again nor would I reccomend him to anyone.

Description of Work: Front and backyard clean up, cut down small tree, remove 5 shrubs and trim 7 shrubs.

Description of Work: Ramon worked for a neighbor, and asked recently if I wanted some gardening work done. He took out a couple of stumps, several trees, trimmed 3 Eucalyptus trees very nicely, pruned an apple tree and a lemon tree, and cut back a long hedge between me and my neighbor that had several overgrown "shrubs."
