Perfect! What he told me to do, he did it. They didn't have to come out and I had no fee and he didn't charge me for his services which I thought it to be a miracle. But I found out the other services that have company supplies and I'm looking to dealing with them again.

Very professional work. Handled the drawings, permits, etc. The project was completely in a timely manner. Pricing was competitive, the crew cleaned up daily, and the project manager kept me informed every step of the way.

Linda, Mica and their team are amazing! They did a full demolition of our old laundry shed, built a stone patio and staircase with a custom iron railing, installed a new metal & glass door (which required a new door frame, too), patched the exterior with any missing shingles, and painted the back wall of the house. The team arrived promptly every morning at 8 am, working 5-6 days a week, and did it with smiles on their faces (so kind and friendly!). Linda checked in on our project in person every few days to address any construction challenges her team ran into and to ensure the quality of work was up to her precise standard. Her team started the job within a week of our inquiry and completed the hefty job within just 3 weeks. We could not be happier with the final product - ML Construction gave our old home a clean, contemporary look and gave us more usable backyard space for us to enjoy dinners outside with our kids. Just got a free consultation with an estimate over the phone. This was very helpful with determining the next steps on my project.

We started communicating in January of this year with Linda Lau. We were having problems with another contractor and needed them to finish their part in the bathrooms before ML Construction could come in. Fast forward to the end of June when I finally got a commitment from the other contractor to finish their work and ML Construction came in and did a beautiful job. In between January and June, Linda kept in contact with us and helped us select materials and really made sure we got what we wanted especially since virtually everything was special ordered. She was very patient and her crew very accommodating. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Linda and her crew really took care of us and would use them again in a heartbeat!

Linda is a very competent and knowledgeable contractor. She pointed out to me code issues at our first meeting which none of the others mentioned or knew.

ML Construction was the best company I have ever worked with. I was highly impressed. They came out right away...They were knowledgeable in what I needed done which was more than I knew. They diagnosed the issue immediately (Had two other companies come out and give a quote. Neither of them addressed the issue that I truly had). They knew I was on a time limit...and worked tirelessly to finish the project in record time. I was informed every day about what they were doing and why. I was informed at the end of the day, what they were going to be doing the next day and why. I was shown, at every step, what was going on with my home. Everything was handled in a professional manner...furniture covers, floor covers...everything was cleaned up on a daily basis like they weren't even there. All things demolished were taken away. Amazing company...just amazing!!! They were the nicest people, that worked the hardest to make sure I was pleased with their work...just AMAZING!!!

Acquired 3 bids, chose ML Construction. They had quick response, onsite preview, competitive price, good work.

Outstanding work, outstanding service. They were incredibly accommodating, answered questions immediately, and the crew was very professional.

1. Contractor was not very engaging 2. Contractor did not try to market or sell themselves. 3. I had to ask a plethora of questions to assure that the contractor understood what I was saying. 4. I had to ask the contractor for ... anything to identify themselves ... such as a business card 5. Contractor kept focus on what she was to do or wanted and not any of my comments 6. Contractor asked for deposit ($250) within providing identification, business card or anything to proof she was legitimate. 7. Contractor's crew was 90 minutes late. .. that is okay ... But I had to call the contractor 30 minutes after the appointment time to determine if a crew was still on the way. 8. Crew placed construction debris (wood items) in my green waste container instead of regular refuse.

Carpenters that worked on the door were very good. I give them an A. The project manager was quick to come out and give an estimate, but contact after that was very sparse. The person doing the stucco work was very sloppy, after cleaning up. He dumped the unused stucco in our grass & next to our plants. We had to wait until it dried to clean it up.

Excellent! They did a great job replacing the exterior rotted wood trim and painting all the remaining trim. Reasonable price, finished on time, good job with clean up and excellent communication with the crew and the company. I would use them again without hesitation!

The work was excellent and the job was completed on time. Linda was a pleasure to work with and was always available to answer any questions I had about the project. The price was very competitive with the other providers, so ultimately the choice came down to my interaction with Linda vs the other folks, and I'm happy to say it turned out to be a great choice. I would definitely hire them again and would be glad to refer them to anyone. We basically flipped the house with a full kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, lighting remodel. They are extremely efficient, fast, professional, reasonable, on time, responsive. They took care of making sure they had well trained professionals for each aspect of the house. I can trust them with doing a great job as they take pride in a job well done. I had them work on a smaller project early in the year and then they did so well, I asked them to do my whole house remodel.

Linda was super responsive to all my inquiries about the job and Amilcar was very thorough and efficient. They did a great job!

Dan and his assistant Juan did an excellent job. They were prompt and finished the job in 2 days. They do high quality work and go above and beyond. It is rare to find good contractors these days. I would hire them for future projects and also refer them. Many contractors flake, don't show up and do subpar work. Another company quote me much more $ and said the job would take a week. This company is honest and prices are good.

I needed 3 rooms in my home to be taped and mudded. Linda is very nice, she responded quickly and worked with my schedule, and worked with my budget! Their team does quality and fast work I will definitely work with ML construction again!
