Smaller projects are based on a time and material contract

Had a great meeting with him where he spent a lot of time assessing my needs. After a few tests he suggested trying a simple and cheap fix first. He did it for free, so I have nothing to lose. What a relief to have an extremely knowledgable contractor not pressure me in any way to take on a big job! He was communicative, prompt, knowledgable, efficient, and a nice guy. Overall great experience. Of course I'm hoping I don't need his services again, but if I do I wouldn't hesitate to call him.
Description of Work: Devlin came by to evaluate a mysterious leak.

Description of Work: Small job - just had a pet door installed on our exterior side door. They did an amazing job. Very clean and professional. Will definitely use them for more jobs in the future.

He is licensed, bonded and insured. I needed someone to come and repair a screened door. He answered my call and he came after my call. He was very pleasant and extremely professional. He comes on time. He does excellent work and cleans up after himself.
Description of Work: He renovated a screen door for me and added a pneumatic door and new hinges. He also painted the door, screen door and touched up the surrounding trim work.
