I have been really impressed with them. We have always had really terrific experiences with them. They are pretty much our go-to if we need small repairs that we are not able to do ourselves. They are a very old company. They have been in town for many many years and they are locally owned. They are just really really good folks to work with. They tend to do larger jobs and we have certainly had them in to do major construction but when we have small repairs like plumbing repairs or something that we are not able to do either time wise or skill wise, they are always available to do that at a real fair price. They are very prompt and really really thorough. We would definitely use them again in the future.

Mike from BA Morrison came out and gave me an estimate for the work to be done. After having been told by another company that a high-efficiency furnace wouldn't fit under the small crawlspace under my house, I had told Mike on the phone that my house might be "challenging", to which he replied, "Challenges are fun!" When he came, he scoped out the house and layout and made some sketches, and the plan for the entire system seemed to just come together in his head. The official bid he prepared for me was a lower price for a better system than the other bid I'd received, so I scheduled the work. In the time span between receiving the bid and actually getting the work done, I had a few questions here and there, and my phone calls were always returned promptly. The guys came out and did the work in three days. They were punctual to the minute, friendly, respectful, focused, and they worked clean! There is always some dust that is going to fly when construction is happening in the house, but they cleaned up after themselves as much as possible and never left any piles of debris. The work went exactly as planned, there were no unforeseen mistakes or surprised (that I know of, anyway), and they finished exactly on schedule. Inspection went off without a hitch. The quality of the work seems very good. Even though it's late April, I've cranked the heat on my new high-efficiency furnace a few times just for fun. In conclusion, I am impressed with the quality of work and customer service received, and I would recommend BA Morrison wholeheartedly.

We hired this company again because we had such a great experience when they moved our heater from our interior home into our attic. But this time we were shocked at the price! Although their electrician did a great job- he gave us a verbal "guesstimate" on the price. We knew it would be $125 per hour plus materials- we didn't know it that would involve a second employee for an additional $105 per hour. In their defense, we had originally only asked for a 220 outlet to be installed. The electrician told my husband it would be approx $300. We added the second outlet after consulting with him. We knew it would cost a little more...but $450 more! Those are two really expensive outlets! Had we been informed of the cost before beginning- we would have shopped around. We still believe this is a great company- I would just recommend that you get a written estimate for work and not a verbal- our mistake! We need a great deal more electrical work done but we will shop around more here on Angie's List for an electrician for better pricing.

They were prompt, efficient, and provided great overall service. Clean. We will definitely use them again!

Prompt, efficient, courteous service. Dustin showed us what went wrong, and how we could fix it ourselves in the future. Even fixed the squeak that had been bugging us for some time.

Morrison was my 2nd choice. Went with different company, liked the AC system they proposed better and at lower price.

The cost was too bad for the call and some minor parts. I don't know what others charge. If I have any more trouble, they will be the first ones that I call.

I was having a dispute with a neighbor over a fence. My neighbor paid for the fence and went with thier contractor. The company was quick to help and offered me a very fair quote. I would use them for other GC needs.

They have left a lot of holes in my walls. They left a six-foot chunk of chimney flue in place that they were contracted to remove. I had them come back to redo it. They seemed to always try and leave a portion of the job open so that they could come back again to do more. I like the guys but most probably wouldn't be using them again.

They were a little pricey but the quality of work was excellent. The owner is pretty trustworthy and stands behind his word. I would recommend them to others.

They responded very promptly and competently from initial contact to final inspection. We were particularly impressed when they prepared for the first interview by reading the documentation about the Quiet Cool fan, which was new to them. The installation itself went very smoothly and was finished in one day. They also arranged for the County permit and final inspection. Their price was not, in fact, the lowest bid we received, but we selected them based on experience and professionalism. We have other home improvement projects in mind for the future, and will call on them as general contractors to help us.

It works perfect. They are good guys. They are a family owned business. They back up their work and are good for everything that they do without giving you a problem.

It's a problem our heater has always had, but they were able to fix it. It's a problem no one else has been able to fix, but them. I like everything about them. They are reasonable, they do what they say and they really fixed it. The first time they came they checked it all out and they found out the problem needed a new part that had just been invented. Because of this I think it is really fixed this time.

BA Morrison is family operated and employs their own staff. From top to bottom, their employees are professional and flexible. They listen to you and do their best to meet your expectations. Mike Dupuis came to our house at least twice prior to doing the work to discuss options. Their bid wasn't the lowest, but it was very competitive and I felt confident they would get it right. I didn't have that feeling with some of the low (or high) bids we got. The guys showed up on-time every day and cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day. In our case, we were moving things around and adding new equipment so it wasn't as straightforward as a simple upgrade. The guys were very accommodating and didn't try to charge more for unanticipated work. Everything works perfectly and we' re very happy with the results. I would highly recommend BA Morrison to anyone considering an HVAC upgrade.

I would give them a quadruple A rating. They've been fantastic for me. They're a very good company. As far as communication, keeping my apprised of everything, and giving me estimates in advance, they've been excellent. Their workforce is an incredible group of people. Their price is comparable to anyone else you can find. I've called them for advice and if it's something they don't do, they'll tell me and they'll recommend someone who is very qualified to handle the job. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Their price was fairly in line with other companies.

I did a "hydronic" keyword search and they were listed. On the phone they said they have never serviced hydronic radiant floor heating systems.

This company is one of the few in the region that works on this type system. The technician, Randy, came the day following my call. He was familiar with the system and immediately found the problem. He attempted find a replacement part, but they were no longer available. He then suggested replacing it with a retrofit kit. We discussed the alternative of upgrading the system because of its age and being inefficient. I plan on getting an estimate from them on a new system. Randy was knowledgeable, neat, and performed the work within the estimated time.

It was impossible to get somebody to come out that day--it was during a real cold snap and everybody was busy--some wouldn't even call back. This company at least called back. They came when they said they would and even tho they didn't have the part, they managed to get the job done.

We needed a new furnace and we call Brian to see what he offered. He came out and installed our new furnace and did a great job. We haven't had any problems and have recommended him to anyone need a new furnace he has very reasonable prices. The furnace he installed has a pretty good warranty and is definitely fuel efficient. He is a true professional.
