The job was done well and in a timely matter. Very informative answered all my questions.

Pete was great, very professional and was interested in my project from the start. He was the only electrician who explained certain things to me about my job, on the phone, I already knew what he was explaining, but it demonstrated that he was interested in my project. He came and did the job, everything went swimmingly, and his fees were the same as he quoted. We moved in recently, so he is definitely our "go to" electrician.

Pete showed up on time. When city inspector said a small modification was needed to sign off on the project, Pete worked on the modification and permit was approved.

When they found that they needed specialized expertise for the network aspects of the job they quickly brought in an expert who worked with them seemlessly to provide a total solution. Pete, the owner of "Off the Grid Electric" was one of 3 electricians that contacted me after submitting my request to Service Magic. We discussed what the project entailed and his quote was ONE-HALF of the quotes I had received from the other 2 professionals. Pete showed up @ the agreed upon time, completed all tasks quickly & cleanly. He is clearly one of the most professional service vendors I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. When I encounter service professionals of his caliber, I maintain a relationship with them "for life"and I recommend him to you without hesitation.

Pete diagnosed the problem quickly, but because he had to get parts the project took a second visit the following day. The work was fine, but cost a little more than I expected. Considering what he had to do, the price was reasonable.

The first person that contacted me made an appointment nag gave me an estimated over the phone, but never showed up to the appointment. I called him several times and the next day someone called me and came to the house the next day, showed up late to the appointment, never gave me an estimate in writing only verbally and he showed up to do the work unprepared, went to home depot to buy light bulbs 3 times and charged more than his verbal estimate. Be careful.

Of the three professionals, Pete was honest, he called back quickly, and gave me a fair quote for the work I needed done, I really appreciated his honesty, he didnt try to charge for work that didnt need to be done, he charged a fee to come out, but it was well worth it, one of the other electricians that didnt tried to charge for work that didnt need to be done, and Pete did what really needed to be done and more, for the price of his visit. I will hire him again for electrical work that we may need. Thanks Pete!

Of the three Electrical Conreactors provided; Pete Stankis was responsive to quick to vist and offer his quote. After his visit, I felt secure that he was the man for the job. Intalling an EVSE charging station in my garage. The job was clean and he gave me what I wanted at a fair price. In the end, Pete was the best.

Came by my home right away and fixed the problem. Turned out to be something else than originally thought, yet he figured it out right away and fixed it.
