+ -1 moreLatin Studs work was excellent, they completed what was requested and went "above and beyond" in many areas. There was a great deal of care re: working in an occupied house and were neat, clean, on time and did what they contracted to do.
Description of Work: Latin Studs completed remodeling work involving replacement of doors, new trim, exterior draining and retaining walls, lighting and miscellaneous repair and upgrades.

+ -1 moreAs usual, the job went beautifully. The old deck was removed, and a beautiful new one replaced it. With tender loving care and attention, the guys saw to it that it was installed and shined to brilliance. I'm worried that my raves are somehow going to seem like I have some stock in this company, I don't. When I find a good thing, I stick with it, and I've stuck with these guys without a moment of disappointment or regret.
Description of Work: Re-doing the back deck was the last of many services that Latin Studs Construction has done at my home over the last 14 years. That's right, for fourteen years, every bit of construction that's been done on the house, from gutting an old bathroom and installing a glorious new one, to the simpler tasks of painting and exposing beams, I've committed to this company for every job.
