The initial work was fine, and he seemed to take pride in his work. This gave me a false sense that he was honest and trustworthy. When one of our windows cracked on the first hot day of the summer, I called him to fix it. On five different occasions he said he would come out to take a look, and then have someone come out to fix it. Each of the times he did a no-show. On the last occasion, he actually said he was nearby, and would come over within the hour. When he didn't show, I called him. He said that he was running late on a job, and would be right over, again, no call, no show. Each time I spoke with him he had a different story as to why he didn't come, i.e. lost address, lost phone number, truck stolen, etc.

The owner, Joe, seemed to take pride in his work. He was very attentive to detail and resolved all issues promptly. Although we need to wait a 30 days to see if minor bubbles correct with drying, we have little doubt that he would correct outstanding items, if needed. We would have no hesitation referring to friends and neighbors.

I SET AN APPOINTMENT AND THIS COMPANY WAS VERY PUNCTUAL AND THE QUALITY OF WORK THEY DID WAS VERY SATISFACTORY. I AM HAPPY WITH THE WORK AND THERE WERE VERY LITTLE ITEMS THAT NEEDED ATTENTION AFTER THE FACT.
