CAUTION!!! Do not sign a contract with them. They cannot be trusted. They tell you that they will settle for what the insurance covers and it's not true. Now I have alien filed against me and an attorney coming after me. DO NOT USE!!!

 + -1 moreDO NOT USE PRC! **WATCH MY NEST VIDEOS!!!** My house got flooded a while back, and I was recommended to PRC. They were pretty much the worst construction company I have dealt with to date. 1) Emergency Services Remediation overbilled insurance company by about $8k, they also damaged my garage door and did not pay to fix it. 2) They billed me for 3 months of storage of my belongings but only kept the items there for 2 months and said "the insurance company approved 3 months", and WOULD NOT refund the difference also broke my dressers. 3) Repair took 3 MONTHS LONGER after rework after rework... Started my project in August of 2017 and did not finish until March 2018. They also overbilled by $20k 4) They use a lot of subcontractors... half of the people who worked on my property were not even PRC employees, they turned around ALL my indoor cameras while they were working on my property.
