My experience with George was great. I was planning a surprise 50th bday for my husband. Everything had to be top secret and George worked around my schedule from the initial consultation to the actual cleaning. He came in and did a wonderful job, he was courteous, professional, he was in and he was out and I was thoroughly pleased with his work. I would definitely use his services again. We have a pretty big dog that sheds like crazy, and he was able to get all that hair out of the back yard and off of the artificial grass. He was very attentive to our needs and he helped to make my husbands party a success. I'm sure no one even knew that the backyard was our dogs domain. He even checked on us after the party to make sure all was well. Thanks again George, great job!

George was on time for the estimate as well as all work performed. He did a thorough job of cleaning all hardscape areas that were in need of stain removal. The quality of his work was as promised and he delivered on all points. The first job was just for our large hardscape patio. He did such a great job that we had him return to complete other areas. He was courteous and professional.

George and his A3 crew were fantastic. We had some mold and algae growth on our roof, which caused us to get some bids on hard and soft washing of the house. George responded promptly and came out to the house the very next day after we called. He arrived right at the time he said he would to give us an estimate. George had just received certification in a new soft washing technique that is less abrasive, but just as effective as hard washing. He was extremely nice and very knowledgeable about the work. George was also open and honest. He even provided a demonstration to show how effective the technique is. On top of that, his bid was very reasonable. We are so glad we hired George. He and his crew arrived at the exact moment they said they would and away they went. When I returned home from work, it was as if we had a brand new house. The house, roof, fences, driveway, pavement were all sparkling. We probably could've eaten off the ground. On top of the amazing job they did with cleaning, some water spots got on the front door. George went to Dunn Edwards, got paint and painted the door. A testament to a businessman and gentleman who stands by his work. Although my wife was not pleased with the color of the door, George proceeded to reimburse us for the cost of our painter to repaint the door. George is so proud and confident in the work that he does, he doesn't require any payment up front. George is top notch and I highly recommend A3 when you are thinking of washing the house. Thank you George. We will call again and tell our friends about you.

My home had years of neglect under its belt by the former owner and it showed throughout the interior/exterior and surrounding property. George came out, listened carefully to my concerns, took extensive pictures to better evaluate the work, and then provided me a demonstration on the different surfaces. Wow! He had me sold right then and there, but of course I played it cool and asked for a detailed estimate that I would compare against others. George's bid fit my budget and we scheduled the work. To date, I have paid for tree trimming and tree removal, floor refinishing, window replacement, interior and exterior paint, and minor construction, but some of the best money spent was with George. My roof was dingy and now looks brand new and the brick surfaces look like they were just laid and are vibrant with color. The best testimony is from my neighbors who are amazed at the transformation and who swear I had a new roof installed. Further, the garage had ivy still attached to the walls and roof because another company had to reschedule which prevented George from finishing. George came back a week or so later because those areas were included in the cost and he wanted to make sure that I was completely satisfied. After all was said and done, I even received a thank you card from him in the mail. From start to finish, I was, and quite frankly still am, completely impressed and overwhelmingly satisfied with the service provided and work done. I would highly recommend George to anyone.

From the get-go, A3 Hi Pressure Cleaning Services has been remarkable in their service. The owner, George, returned my call promptly the same day I left a message. He explained the entire process he would perform. He showed up the next morning on time and assessed the property. Later that day he emailed me a quote. Since I was deciding between two different vendors for the pressure washing service I later had several questions which I emailed to George. He promptly responded in depth to all of my questions and concerns. I was so impressed by his professionalism and promptness, that I went with his service. On the day of our appointment, George and his assistant showed up on time at 7:30 a.m. They worked the entire day. George not only did what we agreed to, which was to pressure wash the roof and hardscape in the backyard, but additionally he washed down the house and driveway. We asked our neighbors if any over-wash or debris went into their yard and they responded that A3 cleaned up anything that went into their yard. Also, one of our neighbors said that George also power-sprayed their cars to remove any dirt that overshot our property. George took extensive photos of our roof pre-cleaning, noting any broken tiles. When he was finished he took post-cleaning pictures. The day after the roof cleaning George came back and repaired two tiles he had broken and repaired a few that were previously broken. All in all I would recommend A3 Hi Pressure Cleaning Services for the quality of their service, their friendliness, honesty, promptness and for doing more than what our agreement called for.

By far my favorite Angie's list find. George came out the week before to go over details and give me a bid. We had purchased a house that had been extremely neglected and I thought we were looking at the added expense of having the entire house painted. The house had brown rust stains everywhere from the four air condition units leaking all winter and George gave me a quick demo how he could remove them while saving the paint. It was amazing. The following week they came; starting work early and working late to complete the job in two days. They were so professional and detailed; even taking down the many lights on the wrap around porch and cleaning them with a rust remover. I just can't say enough about this company and my new sparkling white house!!

His prices were extremely reasonable and included cleaning even more of the property than i had originally anticipated! He was punctual, professional, and very friendly. Once in awhile one is lucky enough to run across a service provider like George. He is a very smart, business owner who take pride in his work and worked hard to do the job right. He video taped and took pictures of the site before and after, meticulously clean all area of roofs and even repaired some broken tiles. I will use his service again and again.

Mr. George is just great my roof went from 7 years old to brand new without calling a contractor or buying any roof material. God sent he sure is. He gears up, protects the flowers with a plastic wrap, up the roof he goes and blasts off the caked on dirt & mildew. He also inspected our roof and recommended repairs where he thought we might need. We would have possibly never known since truly which home owners checks their roof regularly? we most only do something when it starts to leak. I must say he has inspired us to start renovations & with any power washing needs George is all we need. My wife even added him on speed dial & has scheduled a birthday surprise for my mom's driveway cleanup in September. A flyer was left in my mailbox and I gave George a call to make an appointment for a free demo of removing some nasty oil stains from the concrete driveway, he was available on the holiday morning & because of that I gave him the job to do. 3hours later I didn't have to say a word my neighbours did all the talking on how it looked clean, bright & new again. I also noticed he moved back everything as he had found it maybe even better arranged than I had it & lastly he offered to move my car back into the clean driveway. Needless to say he will be coming back to clean the roof.
