George and his team or 2 helpers were very polite and professional. They worked for a 8 hours to complete our 2700 sq. foot partial 2-story home and 780 sq. garage. They respected our property, carefully moving items like chairs, BBQ etc, They paid attention to where the hoses with the bleach solution and water were being moved around around the yard. Because we have an older home some of the windows are not water tight when hosed off - one of the team either came in the house to manage any water that might come in or they alerted me to watch areas that were being sprayed. Plants in the yard were carefully watered down to prevent damage to plants from the beach solution - 24 hours later I do not see any impacts. My home looks like "new". We are very pleased with the fabulous job A3 performed.

George was awesome. He was punctual and did a great job power washing our front courtyard and stucco wall. Would highly recommend him and would use him again.

From the pics he and my property manager sent me, the property's front looks fantastic. I had initially asked him to clean the window awnings as well, but he is professional and determined that the old, fragile awnings could not take the water pressure without tearing. I'd definitely call upon his services again.

After a car accident into our front gate, oil was spilled onto sidewalk. I called A 3-Hi and the response and service were prompt and effective. I highly recommend this company. As a homeowner, it was a pleasure to work with such a courteous professional.

The the estimate came in higher than 3 others we had received, we had a very good feeling after talking meeting and talking to George who was extremely knowledgable and familiar with the issues we were having (drip stains, algea, animal staining from peacocks etc). We booked him and he showed up the scheduled morning and got immediately to work. When I returned home in the early afternoon to check on the progress I was absolutely astonished at what an amazing and thorough job he had done - our home looked as if it were just built and brand new. Considering we thought we might have to restucco the house (it was in such poor shape), we were ecstatic with the results. We couldn't recommend them highly enough, and are already preparing our commercial properties for similar servicing from A3. Thanks George! You're the best.

Very happy with the service and the work itself. George responded immediately to a request to quote the job, and he was able to schedule us within a short time-frame (we were buying the house and needed to have the work done right after close and before moving in). The work itself was excellent and George and his dad were a pleasure. The house, and particularly an extensive patio cover that wraps the house, were filthy, and the property has a vast amount of hardscape - cement, brick, and pavers - that was showing its age and neglect. We couldn't be happier with the way it looks now. We will definitely use George again.

George is a professional, in every aspect of the word. More importantly, he is an extremely genuine person - what you see is what you get. I had never met George before, but I read the reviews on Angie's list. I found the top 3 or 4 companies who do what George does. I met George first. After 10 minutes of talking I knew that I had found the person that I was looking for. I didn't call the others. My instincts were right. When George was finished, it was one of those checks that was a pleasure to write. He did the job like it was his own home - not mine - and that was exactly what I was looking for. I didn't price shop him - but I was in and around the house while George and his crew were working - and with the time that they spent and the attention to detail, I am very sure that I received excellent value for what it cost me. A3 came out first to assess the situation. Then they came out to do a small test area to confirm that they could remove the asphalt. Once the test area was done, the main work was scheduled. They arrived as scheduled and did the work. Almost all of the asphalt was removed, except for some faint tire tracks that had soak into the driveway. Overall, they did a very good job removing the asphalt slurry, and we are pleased.

From the first phone call, to estimate, to the work being done - George was great. Our home needed a good cleaning, especially the tile roof, and George and his colleague did a wonderful job. They spent ALL day at our house and worked so hard. In fact, it took a lot longer than he initially anticipated (our roof was filthy), but he only charged me a bit extra, which I really appreciated. The only hiccup was that a few of our plants around the house died after the washing, which I suppose was from the cleaning solution, but it was okay. I just relocated a few plants in their places and it's all good. Definitely would use this company again! George is super nice and respectful and was very sweet with my little daughter.

It went great George came out the week before to give us an estimate and a test wash on a section of the building. He sent us an estimate later that day and we decided to go with him. He arrived the day we scheduled on time and performed wonderfully. The buildings never looked better. George to care around the plants and other things on the patios. George showed up with a smile and finished the job in one day. We couldn't be happier. We will surely use this service again and have personally recommended him to everyone who stops to comment on how clean our buildings look!

George is superb! He responded to my request for and estimate the same day. He was punctual, friendly and very polite. He was also very knowledgeable regarding the cleaning process and answered all of my questions. After we agreed on a price, he went the extra mile to clean additional concrete areas at no additional cost as he wanted my entire concrete area to look good. George is meticulous in his work which I appreciated very much. He left my concrete looking great. I highly recommend George.. You can't go wrong.

He pressure washed the entire driveway and determined acid was needed to remove the remaining oil stains, so he went and got acid and applied it. After that he did a 2nd pressure washing of the entire driveway and it came out great.

George was extremely punctual and thorough with the job at hand. The work was perfect and it was a pleasure to work with someone so friendly.

George called me back the same day I left a message to inquire. He went out the next day to look at the property and give me a quote. We settled on the best day for service: George showed up when he said he would, performed all the work in the time and manner he said he would, and left the property looking very nice and tidy.

If only all service providers could be this professional - calls returned quickly, all communication sent via email without me having to make a second call, payment options included online payments (yay!) and most importantly, work performed was top notch.

George at A3 picked up on my first call and surprisingly he was available first thing the next morning. He showed up on time, was super professional, and gave me a fair price for the work. I was pleased with the work, the older tile looked great, and was very thorough with his follow up to make sure we were happy with the final product.

Excellent job!! George is one of the most professional people I have ever come in contact with. He did an excellent job pressure washing a large brick patio for me. In fact when my kids saw the patio they came running and screaming to me exclaiming "we got new tile on the patio!!" Yes, the old bricks looked so good, they thought it was new tile. Not only is George good at what he does; he is articulate, well spoken, and extremely knowledgeable. If you are in need of pressure washing, look no further and call A3!!
