George came on time to give us a free estimate. He explained what he could and could not do. He was knowledgeable and was not giving us a hard sell. He gave us a written estimate that was fair. George came on time (he's always on time) and got right to work. He labored for 4 long hours on th stubborn stains and was able to remove over 90% of them. Much better than we ever expected. We were happy with his work and his pleasant but professional demeanor. We would hire George again and highly recommend his services.

We have mildew on an exterior wall on one side of the house. George came out to look at it, see what needs to be done, and give us a quote. He told us that it looked like it was there for awhile and most likely has affected the stucco underneath. He told us it's probably best to hire a painter to remove the mildew and then paint over the wall to make it appear even. He was pretty honest. He told us if we just wanted a mildew removing job, it would have been $220, which is reasonable compared to another quote I got. I got the impression that George was honest, and I would probably use him if I needed these kinds of services on a future job.

I emailed with an inquiry and received a response right away. Came out for an estimate the following day. Made an appointment and showed up on time. He asked what my expectation was nd described the process before beginning. Took less time than anticipated and right on quote. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Will definetly use this company again. You should too!

I'm very happy with how the job turned out. All work was completed on time and as agreed to; the property looks great! George was on time, thorough, and professional. Additionally, communication was good so I coordinate effectively with tenants. As a property manager, I must have reliable and professional vendors at good prices......I look forward to working with George again!

In Dec. 2015, we had the North facing wall of our 11 unit condo complex, located in Marina del Rey, chemically cleaned in order to remove stains caused by mold growth embedded in the stucco (similar to moss growing on the North side of a tree). We invited 3 estimates from pressure washing vendors. A3 was the only one to suggest using a chemical cleaning process. George?s bid was higher than the others received, but so was his confidence that the mold would be removed. We selected A3. Prior to the job taking place George quickly responded to concerns and questions raised by our HOA. A3 arrived on the job on time, successfully removed the stains, washed the windows affected, and left the premisesclean. We had an excellent experience and recommend A3 to anyone looking for a good vendor experience.

George did an excellent job removing pressed gum from the walkway of a commercial shopping center and pressure washed it as well. He was very punctual and sent me before and after photos. I would recommend him to any property manager that is looking for a good person to work with. I will ask for his services again in the future..

I highly recommend A3 Hi-Pressure Cleaning Service to anyone looking to deep clean the exterior of a home or building. George was very honest during his estimate of what my expection should be and what is realistic when it comes to power washing. I am happy to say the results exceeded my exception. My house looks as if it's been repainted. The pavers and stone work look beautiful. He was even sanitized my astro turf. He's honest and extremely reliable. He started very earlier every morning and stayed a full day. He spend 4 days on my house so he could do a detailed complete job. He even came back one extra day to try to solve a problem spot and was successful. For the size of my property and work involved, I think his price was fair. I will definitely hire him for future services.

A3 Hi Pressure Cleaning Services were the most professional, cordial and polite company we've ever had doing work on our home. George Kaguathi was punctual and worked continuously until the job was finished. He even cleaned our lawn furniture (which was not part of the job)! He took care moving our plants out of harm's way then putting them back in the spots they were supposed to be. He was so polite he even took his shoes off before entering our home! He gave us professional looking invoices and a photo of our cleaned out gutters so that we could see them. We intend to use A3 Hi Pressure Cleaning Services each year. Very impressive man and company!

Their price was very fair, and he delivered exactly on time and even moved me up in his schedule since I knew I needed the work done sooner vs. later. Amazing!!!! I had never done a cleaning of my exterior and A3 came and completed it for me today. They were punctual, extremely good at what they do, and very informative of the process afterward. I had a soft wash done and not only is my house looking and smelling brand new - the chemical wash they used killed all the black mold and spiders that were surrounding our house! Will definitely be using this company again. :)

George and his team did a fantastic job! They arrived promptly on time. They did an excellent job cleaning the exterior of our home, followed by cleaning the exterior of the windows. Following the work completion, everything was cleaned up, and George did a walk-around with me so I could inspect the results. George did not try to over-sell us on unneeded services. He did recommend treatment of the mold on our roof, which I will schedule for a future date. I will definitely use the team at A3 on a regular basis for keeping the exterior of our home clean. George came out. Showed up on time. He tried to remove the paint from a section of my retaining wall but was unable to completely remove it. He told me to buy some paint remover(actually gave me a leftover can) and scape it off myself as he did not believe that pressure washing would successfully remove the paint from the wall. Even though I tried to pay him for his time he would not take my money. In todays day and age, it is nice to find someone that is completely truthful and honest. I would highly recommend hiring him.

George was able to come out and give an estimate much less than a competitor. He was prompt, professional, and friendly. I was not around for the workday but my girlfriend stated the team George brought was efficient and professional as well. They were done on time and had no issues. I called the business to make an appointment, and George answered the phone personally. He was vey nice, cordial, ad was able to make an appointment with me to come lok at the job and give me a quote. For that he arrived right on time and we could see immediately he was a total professional who knows his business well. Had him come three days later to do the job, which involves high pressure washing of about 2000 square feet of patio tile, Some areas were very grimy since winter, and w have a great deal of brush around the yard that drops debris on the tile, I was not sure they would come out clean. George and his assistant arrived right on time again, worked tirelessly for half a day, and the result was PERFECT. My patio looks gorgeous, almost brand new. Walking across the tile barefoot feels so great! No grime, no sins, no sticky debris! I'm sorry I didn't have him come sooner. George called to follow up yesterday, just to be sure we were pleased with the work. We ave asked hm to come each year at the beginning of summer, I will be enjoying my yard much more now that we have found A3 Hi Pressure services (next year I'm planning to have my windows done too!) Very satisfied customers.

George the owner was punctual, fast, very clean, and friendly. Just a really nice guy! Extremely professional from the first meeting with an estimate to begin and later, to the end of cleaning; all the while, truly aimed to please. George is really great and I will call him again when the need arises. Very pleasant, went "beyond the call of duty" and did a terrific job. My skylight, windows in and out including screens are sparkly clean - excellent job! Also pressure washed the mold off the exterior stucco and colored concrete entry pathways and landing. I contacted A3 through Angie's list and received a quick response. I asked if they could give my a quote to pressure wash all the mold and moss off the tiles of my two story house and George came out a couple of days later to give me a quote. Geoarge quickly determined that the pitch of roof was way too steep (which it is) to attempt power washing because it would just be too expensive but recommended a chemical was instead that would kill all the moss. George gave me a quote of just over $600 to wash the entire front side of my two story house (the side that doesn't get direct sunlight) so I gave him the go ahead. He returned a couple of days later to do the job. I could see results almost instantly as the wash began to dry and kill the moss. By the next day after it had all dried it looked like a new roof. I'm still waiting for a good rain to wash off all the dead moss but it looks great so far. There was s light odor that lingered for about a week but it dissipated after that. George was very professional and answered all my questions. He also followed up with me a couple of times to make sure everything was okay and to make sure I was satisfied. I would highly recommend George and A3 to anyone.

fabulous. I love these guys. They were clean, neat, kind, pleasant, and even played with our dog. The did a fabulous job and we hardly knew they were there. These guys could teach the class on customer service and quality. THEY ROCK!

George and his crew arrived the same day I called them. They were courteous, professional and very honest. I would absolutely recommend them to friends and family alike.

George and crew showed up right on time. Every one was very professional and pleasant. They proceeded to soft wash my entire house and garage. They were all very thorough and competent. The results were were dramatic. My 1920 Craftsman duplex looked fresh and clean! All the dirt , mold and stains were removed and my home no longer looked like it needed a paint job. A little touch-up here and there on the trim and I don't have to worry about painting for at least a couple of years. I'm very happy with the results and the money I saved not doing a total house painting project.

I highly recommend A3 Hi-Pressure Cleaning Service to anyone who is considering power washing their home. When I contacted George at A3 Hi-Pressure, he responded the same day I called. He explained his method of power washing and answered all of my questions and we set up a time for him to give me an estimate. He arrived on time and I explained that I needed the wood siding on the first and second levels of my home washed, but that the stucco didn't need any work since it didn't show any signs of mold or dirt. My home has half wood siding and half stucco. He noticed that my brick patio also needed some washing so he offered to do that too. His price was very reasonable so we set up an agreed upon day and time with a possible option to do it sooner if he had an opening. He called me a few days later with an earlier opening which was convenient to me and arrived on time as before. He very kindly helped me clear up a wood pile in my side yard before getting started that I had forgotten to do before his arrival. He finished the job in a couple of hours and I was very satisfied with his work. Overall I found George to be very reliable, timely and eager to work. Whenever I have to do this again, I will definitely call George .

George was very saving on water usage; which is exemplary in these times. When he estimated the job he made excellent suggestions on how to do the job in the shortest time and still cover everything; which was quite time saving. And, he finished ahead of schedule. We would definitely use him again when we need this.
