 + -1 moreI spoke with him once to see if he would add an additional service to this at a discounted rate since he was traveling so far to come out and he agreed. I never heard anything back from him at that point. We, both my tenant and I, have tried to contact him and we cannot get any response from him. I am now canceling this service with him.

Description of Work: He replaced an old dishwasher with a new one. The previous installation was not done properly and he corrected some of it. I bought one of the Angie's List deal but ended up paying what I would have pay on a regular call. But Troy was courteous and professional and follow up with a "thank you for your bussiness card".

Description of Work: He went to the wrong house on Saturday. But, he did fix some things at my Daughters house. When I called him and asked where he was, he checked his emails and admitted his mistake. He came over the next day and fixed our leak in twenty minutes. He was very nice and professional about the mix-up and I would use him again in a heartbeat. |

 + -1 moreService scheduled 10:30 plumber showed up in ragged old van at 12:10 pm after I called 3x. The third time i called I cancelled the service because I had things to do. The plumber showed up anyway. I went ahead and let the plumber in and showed him the problems. He was extremely slow and went outside to talk on phone. Instead of fixing the problems in the 2 hours I paid for he talked to his boss about new charges wasting my paid for time. After 25 minutes I told his boss I was unhappy and did not want his service. I own apartment buildings, condos and houses. I have used many plumbers who are fast and efficient so have a baseline to compare too. I would like my $150.00 refunded please. Jane Thorson

 + -1 moreGreat communication with setting up the date and very flexible on dates and times. We traded a few emails and phones numbers and he was able to see me on one of my requested dates. He fixed the leak very quickly, like he had seen the same leak many times. He did a great job on the disposal installation. Installed the cord correctly, the last one was kind of "McGiver'd" in there. He even took the time to reqquest the fitting in the sink and replaced a missing "O" ring in the faucet. I love Troy's Logo...It's a big muscle dog with a pipe and a wrench...
