Great! He was quick and courteous. They arrived within the window of time they provided, and got right down to business. He drained the washer, removed the clog. Best part is that he took the time to run the washer again to make sure the drain was totally clear. Good thing he did, because it promptly clogged again. He cleared that second blockage out, and it's been working perfectly ever since! Very thorough.

The first assessment went great. The service person arrived early in the scheduled window of time. (RATING A+) The office called to schedule a second visit. I got a call during THAT window to tell me that they couldn't come out because they didn't have the part. They needed my go ahead. The part of ordered (with my okay) and a new 4 hour window was scheduled. This, too, was completely understandable. (RATING A) The service call window was less than 48 hours after the schedule so I didn't feel the need to confirm. I waited through the entire 4 hours at 4:59 I called the office, but got the message of business hours with a closing statement that the caller cannot leave a voice message. Thinking that maybe I was incorrect, I called the next day to confirm that the service person was coming. "We have no service people in the office today. They are out of town and won't return until Monday. You were on the schedule for yesterday. The part's gone so I assumed it was done. (It has now been over 2 weeks without a functioning washing machine and for those of you keeping track at home 12, soon to be 16, hours of waiting for service personnel.) I am assured by the woman on the phone that first thing Monday morning I will get a call confirming a new service window time. It is unacceptable to have a no show and no call. (RATING F)

I searched the area for gas oven installers. None of the word of mouth referrals answered my inquiry. Found The Factory on Angie's list. They answered the phone! Said they could do the work and were ready to schedule an appointment within days (I had been searching for 1 month), referred me to an excellent guy for the duct work. Installer was obviously an expert in his field, worked hard and efficiently; clean. By the end of the day was friendly, talkative and informative. |Would definitely go back for future appliance install or repair and possibly purchase. |

There was no fancy uniform or confusing fast talk about the problem. They diagnosed the problem and provided us with information about our options. This was good old fashioned service at a very fair price. We would not hesitate to use them again for any future problems.

He did a good job, the leak stopped. I have never had any problem with anything they have done for me.
