Description of Work: I like this company. Ruben Esparza and his crew re-roofed my 3 bedroom/2bath residence in Elverta last year. Sorry for delay in getting this review up. I was very impressed with Ruben. He truly knows roofing. He was on the job site everyday; personally completed the dry rot repair on parts of my roof needing it. There is one low part of the roof that was very weak as repairmen who service the Rheem heat pump (on my roof) always use that site to access the roof as it is the lowest part to the roof. He reinforced it with a very thick plywood which should help with that problem. (It seems all the Rheem guys are 200+ lbs). It took Ruben and his crew 2 days to complete the job and he came by the third day to check if I had any questions. He answered all of my questions and then some. He put more vents on my roof as well which, he stated, would help prolong the life of the roof by letting out some of the heat that builds up in the attic space. He used the galvanized/coated nails so they won't rust as the yers go by. Seems like a small thing but effective. (My prior roofer didn't bother). They cleaned up every day while re-roofing and were always pleasant and courteous. My mother lives in the same housing edition and is one street down from my house and she liked the roof so much she had Ruben re-roof her home as well. She had a lot more dry-rot than mine as her home is 20 years older, but Ruben did a fine job on her roof as well and we have gotten several neighbors to comment on her new roof as well as mine. She paid a little over $8,000. His price is more than fair and indeed from other estimates I have gotten, a little lower. I have had my roof re-done twice before and have been very unhappy with the work. I guess three times is a charm because I finally got someone who knows what he is doing. Angie's List helped too of course. If looking for a good roofer who is fair and honest, give Ruben at Workforce Unlimited a call. I am glad I did.

Description of Work: Ruben was efficient thorough and kept me informed throughout on the re-roof of my rental duplex. He provided pictures immediately which was very helpful for a rental property owner. He and his wife work together as a very good team and I would call him again for any roofing needs.

Description of Work: Removed old roof on 1100 sq. ft. house built in 1988. Put on a new roof.
