+ -1 moreWe called for HP Printer repair. It's an old puppy, and he didn't think he could help us, however he gave suggestions on what to do (go to the HP website) in detailed fashion. Although he wasn't going to get our business he took the time to assist. WAY TO GO!!

+ -1 moreI had been having really excessive slowdowns, strange indications of things such as Netbot control. Brad got richt on it and deleted some bad programs, added RAM. Made recommendations for further modifications if I so desired. All this within 4 days.Really worth trusting!
Description of Work: A REALLY reasonable price for a thorough analysis and update, including RAM addition. Recommendations for additional updating if I so desired. Completed with dispatch, picked up & delivered. Will work within 30 miles. An excellent choice!
