The technician came out on 9/2. He determined that my HVAC needed a capacitor replaced but the part needed to be ordered. Scheduled for install on 9/7. Same technician came out as scheduled only to tell me the HVAC needed more parts. This is unacceptable. The additional parts should have been determined at the first diagnosis. I have been without AC since 8/31. The temperatures have been in the low 100s and forecasted mid 90s for the rest of week. This company was listed with the home warranty company. DO NOT RECOMMEND! I’m beginning to wonder why the home warranty company had this company on their approved list. Probably because nobody in their right mind would hire them.

Worker was on time and polite. A/C worked for almost 2 weeks then stopped. Worker returned on warranty call and replaced the ''superboost''. A/C again failed an hour and a half later. Spoke with worker on phone who said we needed a new system and gave a quote on a outdated model. Called BOS Sheet Metal for second opinion. BOS worker indicated that installing the ''hard start'' capacitor was inappropriate and was overamping the system. He unhooked it and unit has worked fine ever since.
Description of Work: Capacitor replaced. Also installed ''superboost capacitor''.
