Superb service! I called Valley on Monday morning. They came that afternoon and had the A/C working again within an hour. They had the needed parts on their truck so there was no delay in fixing our unit.

I had them for years. They're excellent. They're very professional. When they say they're going to arrive, they arrive on time, on the date that they say. I haven't had a whole lot of dealings with them but at the times that I had called them, they've been very professional and provided the service exactly as they stated.

My 20 year old A/C gave out on one of those 100 degree days. I called five or six places, and only Valley Heating and Air was able to come on short notice. Since I actually heard my A/C die, I knew I needed a new one. One of the owners (can't remember his name) came to assess the problem. He seemed knowledgeable but also acted as if he didn't care if he had my business or not. When I asked questions, he didn't always give me a definitive answer. He didn't seem to be much of a people person, which lowered my faith in him, but it could have just been his usual personality. He told me his price was better than most companies but I don't know since I needed it right away and didn't get a chance to compare. The technician who came out to put in the unit was much friendlier and seemed to know what he was doing. It went in without a hitch and has been working well since then. The reason I give the company an overall B instead of an A is because I felt that an owner in a service oriented business should have better people skills.

We had two old, limping-along HVAC units and asked Valley Heating and Air to take a look at them. This request was based on the excellent work they did for us three or four years ago. They performed the same excellent work this time. Jason gave us several options from which to choose from just servicing the two units or doing a complete replacement. He explained each option carefully and clearly so we knew what we could expect as the outcome from each option. Then he took care of everything else for us. His workers and office staff were ALWAYS courteous and pleasant people with whom to deal. The option we chose was to replace both units. They removed and disposed of the old units, repaired and sealed the duct work throughout the house, cleaned up their work areas, and left our yard cleaner than it was before they started the work. Even though they were in and out of the house I noticed that the house was left neat and clean and they were careful about leaving doors closed so our kitties could not get out. Thank you, Jason, et alii, for a job well done!

Excellent This was a model of how installation services should work. The large scale project was completed in just three days as they said it would be. Remarkable! We could not be more pleased with Valley's service and performance.

We were having a new roof installed on our house and were made aware by the roofer that there might be a problem with our roof-mounted HVAC unit. The roofer arrived on a Monday and did the tear-off of the roof. The HVAC company with whom we contracted walked off the job Monday afternoon stating that it was not a job he wanted to tackle. Jason, from Valley Heating and Air came out Monday evening well after work hours. He climbed around on our roof in the dark and then provided an estimate for replacing the unit. By Tuesday morning we had the new unit ready to be installed. We also had the crane ready to do the removal of the old unit and installation of the new unit. The work was completed that afternoon. They removed, and disposed of, the old unit and then installed the new one. It was rather amazing to have the entire process completed within 24 hours as we were in the middle of the rainy season with no roof and no appreciable progress possible on the roof until the HVAC issue had been resolved. Thank you, Jason! Thanks also to all your office staff who have proven to be quite amenable and helpful. By the way, the only reason I gave a "C" grade was that I was informed that if we had replaced the unit a year earlier it probably would have cost about $5,000.00. The escalation in price was due to government regulations that had recently gone into effect.

We got several estimates before we chose Valley H and AC. There was NO high pressure sales, and they were very professional in helping us choose the right H/AC unit. They did the work on time, did a good job, and answered all our questions. They took care of all of the inspection and rebate paperwork, too. Also, the office staff was especially competent and helped to make sure everything went smoothly.
