Most of the companies I contacted only want to sell me a whole new expensive system, and won't work on a floor heater like mine. The tech from Valley, even though they are in the business of systems, had had previous experience with floor furnaces and agreed to come out. Diagnostics came before demanding a contract be signed. Got the part and installed it within 4 days. And the lady in the office kept me informed all the way. Thoroughly recommend this company.

I called at 6pm to tell them my a/c had ice on the pipes outside on a 102 degree day. They were at my house by noon the next day and the a/c was working great shortly after. I recommend Valley Heating & Air.

Repair service was expensive for time spent and only needing one part. Arrival promised between 12:00 and 4:00. Technician arrived at 3:57. He arrived within the allotted window but no call forecasting arrival time.

I had issues with my HVAC systems and the home warranty sent a guy and they deemed it unsafe and that really scared me so I contacted Jason and he sent someone else out and adjusted my entire system and there was nothing wrong with it and resolved the issue with no problem. They took very care of me my issue! I am Realtor and so now whenever I have an HVAC issue or needs an HVAC system to be inspected I call Jason!
