Description of Work: Tore off old wooden shingles and installed a new composition shingles roof. Tom was professional, punctual and easy to work with. Crew showed up as scheduled and worked diligently on performing the work. Foreman was professional and informative as the job progressed. Tom visited me personally when the job was done to inspect the work done and make sure I was complately satisfied. Somewhat later during my air conditioning annual inspection he noted that the work around the AC unit on the roof went above and beyond what is normally done,

Description of Work: I actually used Yancey Home Improvements which I believe is part of Tom Yancey. They installed a new roof, gutters, and re-insulated my attic. They were on time, kept me in the loop about the time schedule and explained everything that was being done. The roof looks beautiful!
