They are fantastic. I will be using them again this year. The cost has pretty much stayed the same every year. They are very reliable and very good at what they do. I have referred them to two other people that have used them as well. Their prices are very reasonable and I have no problem with it. I will definitely continue to use them.

The arrived on time and did a great job. The carpets turned out well without being soaking wet when they finished.

This house had two severely disabled people who were incontinent. The whole house is carpeted in a beige/brown Berber. The floors had large areas that were nearly black (with God knows what) spots. I was sure that the carpet was unable to be cleaned sufficiently to show the realator. The Rug Bug folks came in and in four hours, or less, they had cleaned the carpet and it looks NEW. It is really unbelievable that they could do what they did. Not only would we recommend them again, we will use them again on our house. I was amazed.

They sent me up for a date quite soon. They arrived on time, and got right to work. They did a great job on my carpet; it looks better than it has in years. They had given me an estimate over the phone, and the actual cost was $15 cheaper. I was very happy with their service and will use them again.

Everything went absolutely perfectly! From the very first time I called The Rug Bug, I was pleased with the service. Mary is so nice and organized and was very accommodating with my schedule. We set the date for one day but, when a big storm came in, she allowed me to reschedule without any hassle. When cleaning day arrived, the guys were right on time and did a fabulous job. Our carpets are over 10 years old and we had two dogs during most of that time. When I got home, I was shocked at how clean and bright the floors were. One of our troublesome coffee stains is completely gone. I even received a follow-up phone call telling me how everything went, how the coffee stain was treated, and that they could come back for a second treatment if necessary (for no charge). I was pleased with every aspect of dealing with The Rug Bug and have a new favorite carpet cleaning company. I will use The Rug Bug every time I need my carpets cleaned going-forward!

They were right on time, friendly and businesslike, very accommodating moving small furniture and working around larger pieces. We would call them again.

Cleaning our carpet wasn?t an easy task, since the house is two-story, the carpet hadn?t been cleaned in several years, it contained cat urine odors and hair, and bits of food from our grandchildren. Making an appointment that fit our schedule was made easy by the helpful lady that arranges The Rug Bug?s schedule. Bryon, the proprietor, knocked on our door a few minutes early. Although he had seen our house when he gave the estimate, he took a quick look around to judge the scope of the work. Before cleaning started, plastic shields were placed at ?outside? wall corners to protect them from the hoses that carry cleaning solution. Where possible, larger pieces of furniture were raised above the carpet with foam blocks. He and his assistant worked hard, from the moment of arrival, until the job was finished. Several areas required extra time and effort, which they provided, without comment or complaint. Bryon and his assistant are courteous and professional, and take pride in their craftsmanship. My wife and I are very pleased with the results--- the carpet looks new. There were three stains we assumed couldn?t be removed, but at end-of-job, they too were gone. We would definitely call The Rug Bug again.

Very nicely, the leader of the team of two, telephoned me to let me know he was about 30 minutes away. Right on time the team showed up. I had used this service before and knew what to expect. A strong young man operated the push-pull device normally used in a steam-cleaning while the leader of the team monitored the power equipment in the outside alleyway. My only concern is that the carpeting was wetter than it had been following the previous service. Fortunately, It was a lovely warm day so just I opened all the windows and the problem was solved.

The owner and an assistant arrived promptly and we reviewed what I wanted done. They immediately got to work and finished well within the time frame originally mentioned. Afterwards, they provided me with booties and advised me to keep air flowing so the carpet will dry. I paid and they left the apartment. I spoke with the owner for a short while afterwards, he is very nice and very much the professional.

It took a long time for it to dry. He quoted a couple of hours to dry, but it took pretty much an entire day.

These people are excellent! They did a really good job of cleaning my furniture and stairs. The furniture was clean, spot free and dry within the hour. My carpeted stairs look new again. I forgot to ask them to include 2 ottomans in my original bid. They went ahead and cleaned them with the rest of my furniture and didn't even charge me for the 2 extra pieces. I will definitely use them again!!

Very professional on the phone, and very communicative of schedule changes as it happened. When Don arrived he was professional and friendly. Did a great job at looking over everything and focused on areas of where pet stains were.

The team did a fantastic job, top to bottom for a fair price! I must also share how accommodating they were... This was a pre-move-in cleaning and was suppose to take place at noon on Tuesday, but when we showed up right on schedule, the street was being resurfaced and we could not access the property. With just 36 hours to go before the moving trucks arrived, they rescheduled for first thing the following morning, showed up and got it done! I will definitely use them from now on!
