Mary, who answered the phone, was very pleasant and helpful and sent someone out the next day to look at the carpet and give me an estimate. However, I did have to wait two weeks for an appointment to have the work done. Curtis, who did the work, did an excellent job and the price was within the estimate he had given me. I would definitely call them again for this type of repair.

I called them and they were very nice and were willing to come to my house and give a an estimate which most other people were not willing to do. They were also very accommodating as to when we were available. They showed up on time and did a great job with both the stretching of the carpet and the cleaning,

The folks at Rug Bug were great. They initially gave me a date and a window in case I needed to add additional services. We started with the carpet cleaning, and that went so well we added the grout cleaning on the spot. The team arrived promptly and were very courteous. The moved whatever furniture was required and the place looks fantastic!

Called 5 carpet shampoo businesses - 4 from Angie's list. Three came to my house, took measurements and provided me with a written estimate. The Rug Bug was the cheapest, but did a truly outstanding job. It is a husband-wife team; the wife does the scheduling over the phone and the husband does the work. Both were extremely professional, polite, punctual, and accommodating. I will definitely use their service again.

The carpets really do look like new and we have tried other companies and by far The Rug Bug team is the best. Would highly recommend them for any carpeting cleaning job.

After having used Stanley Steemer in Rancho Cordova last couple of times, we decided to go with Angie's List suggestion. Rug Bug had the best reviews and we decided to call them. Setting the appointment was very easy. Within a couple of calls we were scheduled for Saturday (at 2 days notice) The 2 person crew called when they were on way and reached right at the appointment time. Very impressed with their cleaning techniques. They were polite and very thorough in their work. Our carpet had lot of food stains and they were able to remove almost all the stains except for 2 stains. We could not have been more satisfied with the overall cleaning. The job was completed in 2 hours and we were extremely happy with the end results. It being October, the total drying time was around 5-6 hours. Will definitely recommend Rug Bug and we will use them for all future jobs.

Owner and other person arrived on time. Furniture moved and replaced with blocks to protect under side damage. Under estimated drying time but carpet looks great, but this seems to be normal. Nice people.

Great, professional, all time, courteous and answered all questions and moved a piece of furniture back for me so my husband could sit and watch tv until I returned home from work. Carpets look great, the big stain (pomegranate juice) came out of the beige carpet.

The same gentleman arrived with another young man who previously cleaned my carpet. I pointed out the area that needed to be re-done and showed them the bedroom that I wanted cleaned. The bedroom carpet was badly stained by my teenage son. He not only had food stains but at some point had spilled a smoothie on the carpet. I informed the gentleman that I was not expecting a miracle and what ever stains he could get out would be much appreciated. Because I have very light colored carpet I also requested that they go over the hallway. He indicated that it would be no problem. Upon completion all the stains in my son's bedroom were removed. I was amazed. Not only did he do an excellent job in the bedroom he went over the area by my garage door and went over the carpet in the hallways. The gentleman indicated that he had to come back anyway and was not going to charge me. I could not believe it. I thought that was so wonderful. Rarely do you find people in business with such integrity. They seem to be out to get every penny they can get from the consumer. This company truly cares not only about doing a good job but has a genuine concern about treating their clients fairly. I don't believe I will ever get my carpets cleaned from anyone else.

Arrived on time (actually a few minutes early). Very professional, very thorough, moved furniture where necessary. Absolutely no complaints about this company at all- will recommend them and use them again myself. Probably the best carpet cleaning service we have used.

We moved into a previously owned home with older carpets. We had installed new flooring in part of the house, but have not been able to replace the bedroom carpets which were quite soiled. The carpets were "black" at the baseboard in one of the rooms; there were visible dirty spots where the previous owners' furniture had been placed; areas we had spot-cleaned were lighter in color. I was pretty much resigned to the fact that the bedroom rugs would just look bad until we can replace them, but thought if nothing else, they could be "clean." When we called Rug Bug, our call was promptly answered by a pleasant voice, an estimate was given over the phone, and the cleaners showed up right on time. I was a little nervous with the hose and feet tracking through the house on our newly installed hardwood floors, but Rug Bug mopped up any moisture throughout the process. The end result was that carpets were uniformly cleaned, the "black" edges were significantly lighter, the dirty spots were either gone or greatly reduced, and the lighter spots could not be seen - because the whole carpet was cleaned and now the same color! The carpets looked and smelled clean. We were very happy with the results. As an added touch, Rug Bug left booties for us to wear for the next 12 hours to keep the carpet clean while it dried. Rug Bug provided excellent service! We will definitely use them again and recommend them to others. Thank you!

We have used The Rug Bug for several years and again, as always, Mary and her crew were superior! We called, made an appointment, requested some separated billing for some of rooms, and as always Mary came through! Highly recommend this company, much better and more reasonable than Coit.
