Description of Work: They cleaned carpet in 3 rooms and cleaned upholstery on 2 chairs. Prompt, efficient, and pleasant, and very good results. Unlike previous cleaners I have used, they did not chip paint on the baseboards.

Description of Work: Cleaned whole condo. . . approx 1000 sq feet of carpet.. Cleaned the 3 bedrooms, hallway, and living room. Were very thorough and carpets were left relatively dry without a lot of dampness. The company uses a real steam cleaning machine (newer on the market I was told. Never seen one like it. Actually used hot steam rather than water like so many of the machines I've seen. I was very pleased and will use the Rug Bug again as I have a number of rentals and they all need occasional cleaning . Thank you Rug Bug company.

Description of Work: Carpets in family room, living room, den, master bedroom, LONG hallway and 3 landings, 21 stairs----all cleaned. We also had about 3 areas stretched and approx 1" burn hole (from the fireplace) repaired. We had new tile floors put into 2 bathrooms----Rug Bug even finished the carpet leading in to each of the bathrooms----and threw those in for free! Thank you Rug Bug! Rug Bug did a beautiful job with everything! They were on time, fast, professsional and made our home look GREAT. We will definitely use them again.

Jeff arrived at the time that was agreed upon. The work was completed in a timely manner, and the carpets looked great. I would definitely use Rug Bug again.

+ -1 moreThe carpet was very dirty to start with and they were very honest with me that it would probably not get all the dirt out but they would do the best they could. They did a great job and spent a lot of time spot cleaning. The carpet came out much better than I expected it would. They even moved some of the furniture to clean under it. I intend to use them again and would recommend them. They were more interested in doing a good job than in trying to sell me a lot of extra services that I didn't really need.
