I have used the firm twice before and this time, as usual, the service was excellent. I called about two weeks prior to schedule on the day I wanted. They appeared at 08:00 on that day as they said they wood. Went right to work, as I had pre-positioned some of the furniture. He went right thru and finished in about an hour. Gave helpful suggestions for drying the carpet more quickly. very well satisfied.

He showed up right on the minute of his appointment: LOVE that. He did an amazing job. He was thorough, took his time and got EVERY spot out. The carpet is 7 yrs old and it looks new again. Amazing job! I used to use Stanley Steamer and they were very professional and all, but they would come in, run the nozzle over the carpet and be done. This man took his time and made sure that the job that he did was done right. I'd previously used this company at one of my rentals and instead of making the sale, they told me to not waste my money and buy new carpet, so this was the first time that I actually used their services. I'm so glad that I did.

Showed up on time, very professional and friendly. Did a wonderful job at a very reasonable price. Had some tough stains that they took care of no problem. Would use them again or recomend them to a friend.

Workers had a pleasant attitude. They were punctual and reasonably priced. We had moved a lot of the furniture in preparation because we wanted every bit of our carpet cleaned, which now looks great. They made 15 year old carpet look good as new.

Friendly, courteous, professional. Did an excellent job, the results were much better than another company I've used- and for less money. In the past, I've been charged extra for treatment/removal of difficult stains, but Rug bug included that service in the price. My experience was that I received exceptional service for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend Rug Bug.

I found The Rug Bug on Angie's list after being dissatisfied with other carpet cleaners that I had used. This one referral has made the cost of Angie's list worth every penny. I will use them for every carpet job I have going forward.

Exceptional job. They arrived on-time, finished the work in a timely manner and left the house in pristine condition. Pre-treated and removed some stains as well.

After coming by (on time) for a estimate I scheduled an appointment to have all of our rugs cleaned. The guys showed up on time again and were very professional.

It just took a few minutes to test the carpet with their gizmo. Unfortunately the carpet was too far gone to be fixed but at least they told me it wasn't worth cleaning the carpet so I didn't waste my money. They are honest.

Rug Bug was very professional on the phone, and was flexible when I had to reschedule the appointment because of an unexpected scheduling conflict. When they came out, they worked carefully and diligently. One of the stains was particularly difficult, and the cleaners thoughtuflly worked through two different approaches before determining the best approach to remove the stain (which they did).

Jeff did a great job and was very conscientous and thorough! The carpets dried very well, even in the cooler outside temperatures. We were very pleased with the outcome!!

The arrived right on time, inspected the carpet with a urine detector and honestly stated that if they steamed the carpets, the odor would more than likely come back. They suggested that the carpets and pad be replaced. He would not take any money for his time or trip and couldn't have been nicer or more professional. A+ for these guys!! I love honest companies that tell you the truth irrespective of how it affects their wallet.

A great experience! I was working with a tight time frame trying to get the carpet cleaned prior to the movers delivering. Everyone was responsive and professional. The guys even left big fans overnight to help dry the carpet because the furnace was not yet working. With cream colored carpeting throughout the house I will definitely be working with Rug Bug again!

It is a family-owned business. They always send the same person out to clean our carpets, we really like him.

He arrived a few minutes late (no big deal) and promptly and professionally performed the service. He was very polite and completed the job in about 45 minutes.

They did a great job. The carpets were filthy; they came out much better than I expected. Folks were on time, got to work, and got the job done. By the way, the only reason it took a couple of weeks to get them over is because I needed furniture moved, they had a worker on vacation, then I went on vacation and was unavailable. I don't think it wouldn't normally take that long.

I called on Thursday, and scheduled for service the following Wednesday morning. At the time I was told he would be there between 8:00 and 8:30. He arrived at 08:05, we walked the rooms to be done, and discussed which furniture should moved and what should remain in place. He started promptly, worked quickly and thoroughly and was done in just over an hour. When he was done, he provided advice on fan placement to facilitate drying.

They were nice people to deal with.

Rug Bug provides a reliable and wonderful service on my carpets. The scotch guard base they use is awesome on stains, they stand behind their work and overall are very nice to deal with. I have been a happy customer for over 20 years.

I found their name to be very unique and catchy. I like the service of the carpet cleaning they did for me. They were very detailed and neat in their work and the price was very affordable. The serviceman that did the work was very pleasant and friendly.

Excellent! Byron arrived early and got straight to work. He checked over all areas before he started cleaning and was honest with areas he thought would not clean as well as I might have expected. However, I was very pleased with the carpets after the drying time. The drying time was about 24 hours...long, but worth the wait.

They didn't do a very good job with the shampoo. They didn't spend much time doing the job. It seemed like they were in a hurry and were more interested in getting in and getting out.
